In 2020 with Gold at $1500 / oz and the licence/resource significantly worked up is this a fair share price performance ?

But it is a good sign because it shows gold deals are being done in Nicaragua for concessions. Soon one hopes that deal will be for Condor.

Seriously though, how much should/would CNR's proven and probable with permits go for? Certainly more than the paltry MCap. It's boring though waiting for something to happen Zzzzzz.

Condor RNS this morning about the sale of a non core concession in Northern Nicaragua for $600000. This is a sensible house keeping exercise which puts some extra cash in the Bank.

Government is not keen to force locals to sell yet, we shall see what the new year brings...

.....but on 7th August 2018 Numis also said this:

"Condor Gold PLC using EPIC/TICKER code (LON:CNR) had its stock rating noted as ‘Retains’; with the recommendation being set at ‘BUY’ today by analysts at Numis. Condor Gold PLC are listed in the Basic Materials sector within AIM. Numis have set a target price of 130 GBX on its stock. This would imply the analyst believes there is now a potential upside of 190.5% from the opening price of 44.75 GBX".

So I think this tells us that Numis know marginally less than my cat does about what is going to happen. And, trust me, my cat knows Jack S#it about shares.

A Buy Recommendation from Numis today reported on the other BB with an initial target price of 90p. So that’s a 4 bagger from today’s price which would be a good start.

New Non-Exec with experience of 'initial exploration drilling to start-up.'

They wait until the share price is near the lows to issue options. 22p - 10% above the recent price - is still ridiculously cheap if the company gets anywhere with its plans, and 5 years is a long time. The option exercise price should have been a lot higher imho.

Quite a drop from 28p well underwater myself but sold many at 28p for a loss. Atmosphere seems to have changed drastically and gov not so positive. Good veins but book5 illustrates better alternatives to pits. Could be idea to bottom fish as some may be shorters propaganda and someone made a mint on downfall. Guess I'll watch it.
