Some selling pressure in the last hour perhaps as traders who have made good gains this week are taking some profit as volume reaches 645000

A busy 20 minutes has taken us to 36p having touched 36.5 before they widened the spread. Now up 10.2% on volume of 450000. So far much less selling than we saw yesterday.

At Midday we have triggered a yearly upwards breakout as we are UP 9.2% at 35.5p on volume of 308000. We are an obvious buy in a general market that is taking another battering and I hope we can end the week on a high.

Volume is picking up to 282000 now with a 1p spread. A decent 71000 buy has occurred which is £24000 so showing some confidence. 36p has been paid so maybe on the move again.

After 3 hours trading Condor has made it to number 8 on the riser board up 6.2% at 34.5 on volume of 126000. There are a lot of small buys going through as evidenced by 26 trades.

A disappointing day after a promising start to close just 3.2% UP at 32.5 on volume of 563000. But the upward trend continues. I suppose people who have bought within the last 8 weeks or so will be sitting on gains of upto 60% and they may be taking some profit. Otherwise it is difficult to understand the selling at this point when we are poised to move much higher.

As the general market has a poor day and now the Dow has opened 2.5% down the gold price has gone the other way and has risen strongly to 1658. Perhaps this will perk CNR up this afternoon and we can return to our early gains. You would think that on top of all the recent positive reports about Condor that investors might see a massively undervalued gold stock as a safe haven in troubled times.

As the general market has a poor day the gold price has gone the other way and has risen strongly to 1655. Perhaps this will perk CNR up this afternoon and we can return to our early gains.

Following the early rise we are trading in a narrow range with the sells at 33 and the buys just above 34. We are at the mid price of 33.5 on 30 trades and volume 254000. A good level of activity and hopefully another move north during the day. 35p was paid on an early trade and it would be good progress if we can see that again.

After the first hour of trading we are number 9 on the leader board UP 8% at 34p on volume of 194000. We are maintaining the daily volumes and the move up is continuing smoothly as we continue to attract attention.

We closed UP 8.6% at 31.5p on volume of 655000. A similar gain to yesterday and if we can repeat that again tomorrow we can hope to have moved permanently above 30p.

We have now exceeded yesterday’s volume as we reach 604000. Rather like yesterday in mid afternoon we have come off the day’s high but we still have 90 minutes to go to see if we can revisit 33p

Thank you for that excellent summary of our current position. I am hopeful based on today’s trading so far that we can sustain 31p+ starting from today as we should continue to move north in anticipation of those permits and on the back of all the other recent positive factors

As per recent presentations , research and interviews initiated by Condor , this morning's announcement confirmed the direction of initial travel towards a smaller but high grade open pit operation at La India , either utilising their own 1000 tonnes per day plant , which needs to be bought and paid for ( US$40m ? ) , or utilising someone else’s plant via a toll deal .

To this end , Condor and SRK Consulting are in the process of completing the pit optimisation and mining dilution studies with results so far confirming a 5 year open pit with 1.6m tonnes of ore at a head grade of 4.65g/t for 245/- oz of gold . We know that Condor is hopeful that the all important environmental permits for the high grade feeder pits at Mestiza and America are to be granted by the end of March . Once these are in the bag , and the mining studies are complete , we will hopefully be told what the project economics might look like and where we are with the land buying ?

The original pre-feasibility study in 2014 for La India excluded these subsequently discovered higher grade Mestiza and America vein sets but still showed robust AISC of US$690 per oz at a grade of 3g/t using a gold price of US$1250 . Since then oil prices have nearly halved , the Nicaraguan currency has depreciated by 1/3rd against the US$ , and gold prices have risen to US$1650 . Given the carrot of at least US$950 per oz margins , it is no surprise that Condor’s CEO admitted he was extremely busy with financiers at the recent PDAC meeting in Toronto .

Condor’s 2019 results are due very soon , and the net cash position was £3.6m at end September 2019 . Since then , Condor has announced the sale of the Poterillos concession for a net US$555/- with proceeds due in May 2020 , and don't forget there is the distinct likelihood of £2.9m of cash coming in from warrant exercising in the next 18 months . The proviso is that the share price has to hold above 31p , which , in all honesty , it should sustain once permits are granted .

Our real value is the value of our gold. We are shouting about this really loudly at the moment as we move towards production. But at this point CNR should be very attractive to Bidders hence the setting out of our stall at a time when Rio Tinto have effectively given a massive boost to Nicaragua. We want investors on board now to push the share price up to protect us from a low bid.
Now up 13% at 33p on volume of 391000. Think of the movements that will come on higher volume.

Forget the PR news - restructured plans - current share price moves just brownian movements - As management know the only factors that will significantly move the share price to a new upper level is the start of mining and production of the yellow metal or of course a realistic bid.

So repeat after me - What do we want - PRODUCTION OF GOLD - WHEN DO WE NEED IT - NOW. or certainly within a believeable time frame.

The most recent buys have been at 33p but they have widened the spread on the lower side and pulled the share price back to 32p. Volume 378000.
