01/12/2017 15:41 | Searching the internet for protests against gold mining in the La India region brings a number of results describing what is happening in Nicaragua. Worryingly for shareholders is that many credible organisations are supporting the local communities in their dispute against Condor Gold taking an ethical stance against exploitation by outside corporations. Although it seems that CG is now trying to 'win hearts and minds', since first trying very spurious legal action against individuals, none of this is being shared by the CG management, including Jim Mellon who recently recommended CG in Master Investor magazine. This significant issue for shareholders has been ongoing throughout the summer and which may have been responsible for the drop in the share price. Do shareholders have a case against CG management for non-disclosure, particularly as is likely, the situation continues to be unresolved and without a word to shareholders? | redart23
29/11/2017 21:19 | Jim Mellon in his Master Investor Article today says he thinks Gold is going to $1500 and really likes Condor Gold disclosing that he is a Director. I think Condor is about to get very interesting again. | 888icb

14/11/2017 11:25 | One would expect the permit within 2-4 weeks of the Public Consultation. | sir andrew ffoulkes
10/11/2017 15:17 | After recent drilling we are no longer dependent upon the village being moved. I do not believe we will be shareholders in a CNR that gets as far as becoming a miner, I feel we will be taken out either by shares or for cash once we are sufficiently desirable to a third party, that may be before we are permitted in view of the now significantly enhanced prospective nature of the rest of our land or after, we simply do not know. | sir andrew ffoulkes
10/11/2017 15:14 | I do not believe our seller has any more to clear, to me it looks like they're now out. | sir andrew ffoulkes
10/11/2017 00:44 | This share is held by some big players such as Mellon,Beatty IFC, Oracle, Canacord and Mark Child. They hold 40%. I suspect there are a considerable number of long term PI’s as well who are in until the end game. The drift down in the share price is nothing we haven’t seen before although it is of course irritating! It is however of no real consequence as the price when Condor is sold will be many multiples of today’s price. This Rerating could happen at any time and if you are out you will miss those multiples. I am looking for £3+ but it should be much higher. | 888icb
09/11/2017 17:06 | I had assumed the fall in share price had been due to the locals not wanting a big pit in their midst ? | rhuvaal2
07/11/2017 10:10 | Looks as though seller may have been closed out at 40p - Trade no 11 at 40p (150k shares)- Taken up at 40.02p - My interpretation of trades. Will we see a holdings rns - or Director buy ? Soon - If not possibly still more to clear ? Thoughts. | pugugly
06/11/2017 08:23 | RNS more gold of good grades. Very positive for adding value which hopefully the TSX will recognise at a much higher level than AIM! | 888icb

25/10/2017 14:26 | Buzzzzzzzzzzzzz, I'm not short, and I'll be staying, so filter me if you don;t like honest opinion and facts. Take a look at the articles I highlighted, there have been protests for around a year, and the company should be informing shareholders of this, IMO. | andy
25/10/2017 13:36 | Andy, Reading through various articles on laprensa and specifically your 2nd link indicates dialogue is ongoing. Only an element of the community is protesting. Another article states:Víctor Martínez, head of Community Relations at Condor Gold SA............ "He commented that they conducted an opinion poll where more than 60 percent of the population is willing to negotiate with the company, should there be any type of relocation." The company has the support of the State which approved the concessions and it appears it is the State which owns the subsoil. At the end of the day the protesters will need to get around the negotiating table before their supporters tire and dwindle. | jecs
25/10/2017 12:06 | Pretty emphatic is it not from Monday's RNS: "Over the past 18 months we have been in constructive talks with national government and, with their blessing, we are now entering direct conversation with the local community. Mr Sarria's appointment, with his recent experience of working in a nearby operating gold mine, will strengthen the leadership team on site and help with community relations and stakeholder engagement, as we enter the final phase of our permitting process to construct a 2,800tpd processing plant with a capacity to produce 100,000 oz gold p.a. from a single open pit". | sir andrew ffoulkes
25/10/2017 00:37 | pugugly, Run this article through Google translate, dated 26th August! And this one stating the local community are not in dialogue, dated 16th August! Can you find anything online that states the company are in dialogue with the locals? And if you can, can you please post a link? | andy |
