The recent £1.30 price target is pointless in my view. This is about the company being sold or going into production. Either way £1.30 is way too low for the scale of the resource. The target might reflect where we should be now but it's an inaccurate prediction of where this will end.

Nice to see 80p paid today. Condor was 40p at the start of April so with a steady rise it has doubled over 4 months. No news since the beginning of July so perhaps we will have some fairly soon to boost us towards £1 at which point we would have a market cap of £50 million. The recent broker target was £1.30 so still a good buy at 80p.

He also said this about Condor in Jan this year :- "It’s got quite a lot of exploration potential, plus it’s got established reserves of about two and a half million ounces pretty close to going in to building the plant. So I like that one and it’s pretty cheap too – five dollars per ounce in the ground".

The 'building the plant' quote is very interesting !

Love this quote from Jim Mellon in a recent interview. When asked about the criteria he uses when picking a company to invest in he said :-

"In exploration you either have a really low cost, elephant-sized deposit in a wanted commodity or you just don’t bother".

It is good to see the steady rise over the last few months but it is a little frustrating that we are still under £1.When the company is sold I think it is worth over £2 per share based on the reserves, low cost of mining and potential for alot more gold. The market cap is only £40 million which is below the £50 million market cap minimum operated by many funds.
We have seen the recent broker target of £1.30 so it would be nice to see a little volume here with a push through the 80p we nearly reached this morning and then put an end to being a penny share as we move over £1.
Perhaps some news will propel us in the coming days.
