21/2/2023 08:40 | 888 bought more at the current price but doesn’t bother with this bb as the lunatics have taken over the asylum. It is frustrating that there has been no update on the sale process but the pointless drivel on this bb is not worth reading. | 888icb
21/2/2023 07:43 | 888 has probably sold and run Calibre and Mako graphs look better now | book5

20/2/2023 15:25 | Whatever happened to all the people who were entertained in the Data Room? All that money pointlessly spent on biscuits... | dexdringle
20/2/2023 14:21 | Marks just a puppet now Jim’s realised marks talks s h one T 24.7. | dogface3
20/2/2023 13:19 | Imho The ball has been with the Nicaraguan government for years Now is becoming even riskier with the sanctions, why? Bcs if I was the government I would use this opportunity to try to sell to the Chinese (who will help with the sanctions) and in the process end up with a nice bank account balance in Pekín at our expense. We don’t have any bargaining power with the Nicaraguan government , time works in their favour, we can’t keep waiting for ever without generating cash Reality lesson for MC, JM never trust the Nicaraguan government, we are paying with our life savings, this is so sad. It is clear government has never helped us with the land, could it change? If we pay (lower sale price but a nice commission paid to the Ortega’s in a Pekín bank account ), yes. If we don’t pay, then I am not so sure… Calibre would probably be in a position to bit the Chinese yet could government ban this option? If the Chinese buy it would be good to everybody else but us (local miners and government) I really hope to be very wrong Hopefully they allow us to mine from la mestiza via toll deal with calibre or risk litigation??? For goood news soon..,,probably I am too hopeful | book5
20/2/2023 12:43 | There's an echo in here....🤣 | dexdringle
20/2/2023 10:02 | I'd be amazed if Mark and Jim were actually anywhere near the ball..... | dexdringle
18/2/2023 15:21 | No news from my side For better or worse we need to wait | book5
14/2/2023 20:05 | Calibre do it far better (imo) "February 14, 2023 Calibre Mining Corp. has added the following new press release to its website: Calibre Increases Nicaraguan Mineral Reserve Grade by 16% and Nevada Mineral Reserves Grow by 23%, Net of Production Depletion" | pugugly
14/2/2023 15:32 | The latest gem from the parallel universe that is Condor on Twitter. Under a big graphic that says "To shareholders, from Condor - thanks for being golden" comes this.... "As we celebrate Valentine's Day, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our valued shareholders. Your unwavering support and loyalty have been truly invaluable to us over the past few years. 💛 #CondorGold We're golden. How nice. And we have unwavering support and loyalty. This account has to be run by one of the worst PR companies I've ever come across! | 2020hindsight
13/2/2023 10:46 | Apparently Cnr to respond to miners in two weeks if they are allowed to keep working in La Mestiza after march, miners threatened with demonstrations… access to the land is probably going to be negotiated at higher level with the government and the new buyer. Our bargaining power with the government of nicaragua is close to zero, we will do what they want bcs we need their help now to solve land issues. We have paid a heavy price for our past sin of greed; we should have bought the land 2 years ago and reduce the number of issued shares. To me all has been agreed with the Nicaraguan government, the buyer and the price. However, we need the land Hopefully the American and uk governments are not looking too closely at us. | book5
13/2/2023 10:44 | Trouble is that many of their recent steps have been the exact opposite. Although it was horribly unlucky to release the dfs on the same day nicaragua sanctioned. But there were options before that maybe shd have been taken that are now not available. And it is not just trust in management that is rock bottom, but trust in nicaragua management. Unfortunately mark seems to think that his bfs relationship with Ortega is a plus point. Which to me seems like a deluded parallel reality. | diggybee
13/2/2023 10:35 | book5 12 Feb '23 - 23:23 - 10309 of 10312 Ortega has just jailed a bishop for 26 years that is the risk we are facing here a government that gets his way ====/====/====/====/ Perhaps MC was involved in this attack on the ecclesiastical representative? After all, he's notorious for bashing the bishop when he should be working....🤣 | dexdringle
13/2/2023 08:14 | Too much blather and speculation on this bb.Different people have different agendas. They wont be giving anything away - post 10308 above explains exactly why they wont. Wait for the rns to confirm this. Yes its frustrating but by end of March we will know and frankly i much rather they took their time and did this thoroughly and properly to get the best result. | redprince
13/2/2023 07:55 | Did you hear the one about the minister and CEO? I'm sure there's a story about that as well. | connect5
13/2/2023 07:20 | I wonder if mark had dinner with them as he has with every other corrupt minister in Nicaragua | dogface3

12/2/2023 16:11 | From Nero120 on lse: “ Adrian Day interview12 Feb 2023 10:42 I listened to a podcast yesterday with money manager and gold investment specialist Adrian Day (manages one of Peter Schiff's gold funds) and the whole thing is a great listen, but towards the end of the interview I heard some things that are very relevant to our situation that investors here might appreciate: Watch from 1hr 6mins, some highlights: - Copper mines are typically large and take lots of capital and time to bring online compared to gold - Permitting times are getting longer all over the world including in the US - Streaming has become a much more common way of financing a mine build compared to issuing equity - If you're building a mine you have to dilute, either at the mine level or at the company level (if you don't have the capital already) - THE THING THAT THE AVEAGE RETAIL INVESTOR DOESN'T UNDERSTAND IS THAT A LOT OF THESE COMPANIES IF THEY ONLY HAVE ONE OR TWO MINES THEN THEY HAVE TO BET THE WHOLE COMPANY ON THE ONE MINE! - Taking on a lot of debt is onerous for a junior gold company with only one mine/project - There are many risks in building a mine and very few new mines come in on time and on budget - This situation has got even worse in the last few years as inflation has increased - The largest cost of running a mine is energy, the second largest is local (labour) costs - Average grades of gold mines have collapsed over the past 20 years I realise that trust in Condor's board and management is low right now, but we know that we have a proven, permitted and economic project that is ready to construct. That is worth a lot of money in it's own right, certainly more than our current market cap of £30m!! We are all concerned what is happening behind the scenes as we are in the dark, but we have to remember that our board have a lot of skin in this game and are incentivised to sell the mine at the highest possible price. If Jim Mellon has decided he wants out now then his only choice is to sell the assets to the highest bidder (unless someone is willing to buy him out), we can rest assured that he is working hard to get a mutually beneficial deal done, the man is not an idiot. He knows he's got a valuable asset and it is unlikely he will let it go for fire sale prices. Hold fast.” | 888icb
10/2/2023 13:19 | Apparently a cnr employee has told to the miners working at la mestiza that they need to leave by end of March bcs we are selling, and we are selling probably to the Chinese Also again rumours security company will surrender their functions to the army in the near future What we don’t know is the real reason/s why cnr is telling the above to the miners…are we instead doing a toll deal which would not be received very favourably, so the white lie? are we trading la Mestiza in a land swap?. are we trying to scare the miners with the army so they keep quiet ? Hopefully We will know by the end of march But things are moving fast: apparently notices have been given to all miners currently working on cnr land and security company is leaving too in the near future I have not heard anything regarding the coop land. imho This is an important piece of land we need for la India mine Unemployment will continue to grow in the surrounding villages , let’s hope there will not be trouble, ie people will not get hungry Gla Dyor | book5 |
