This company has emanated bad vibes for such a very long time, that I expect sentiment to continue to keep the share price lower than mining logic might suggest. These bad vibes have real substance behind them, so I do not expect this potential mining operation to yield its true commercial value. We can thank one particular board member for this state of affairs, though he's laughed all the way to the bank for years.

If I see 40pish, sadly I'll consider that a reasonable return in the circumstances, though as always I hope I'm wrong.

The problem is if they announce the sale in the same RNS as their plan to shift the company into life sciences. Ideally there will be a gap between the two to allow those of us who are not wearing rose-tinted specs to get out.

Now we see the retail-investor driven Euphoria (without any fact-based reason), probably it will stay like that until the sale is done and then we drop again like a stone.
My advice would be to leave the „safe haven“ (to cite 888) as long as you still can.
Again, I am happy to assess this statement in 3-4 months from now

CNR and Gold should be a safe haven in a time of market turbulence.

I would expect something of a temporary pullback as the stock is extremely overbought on the RSI and folk who took those 15p placing shares recently must be tempted to sell for short term gain.

Still needs to double for most to get out without a loss.

The rerate is firmly underway with a third day of rises around 15%. CNR closed last Friday at 15.75p.since then on volumes of 1.7,2.1 and 1.6 million the share price has risen to 18p 21p and today closed at 24p on a day the market suffered its largest fall since 2021. The current financial concerns in Europe have sent gold back above 1900 which can only help CNR’s sale process.
Avery promising week so far.

Those that went against the predominant negativity and took an appreciable position at 15p per share are now sitting on a 50% plus gain. As pointed out by many, there is still risk here and some will undoubtedly remove that risk by cashing in with a tidy profit – so expect some drops in this rising trend. Although a completely different set of circumstances, I experienced similar negativity with JLP, proffered by extraordinarily ‘clever’ individuals. In that case they were eventually shown to be completely wrong. Will a similar scenario occur here – I certainly hope so! (PS – gold, momentarily at least, now above £1600 per troy ounce).

can anyone remember when Condor mentioned the 10m tons of copper in the ground? copper and gold occur together.

Let's hope we see a minimum of £0.50p for all our sakes.

They literally spent $100 million establishing that there is gold in someone else's back garden 🤣

For the avoidance of doubt, I'm in for around 100,000 shares here at an average of around 47p per share....

The land is main reason we are valued as we are, your photograph at the top says a lot
i hope there is a fair resolution, locals do NOT want to sell, government has to intervene soon or we will be in trouble

we have been told for years the government will intervene, yet cnr keeps knocking the doors of the last 2 (?) owners and they are saying: sorry madam, we do not sell, we do not longer trust you, we believe you will not allow us to mine when we sell, look what happened to my former neighbour who is taking you to court

this is the real problem needs to be resolved very soon. I personally believe the government will take away the land from the locals, but i am not sure when, hopefully before 2025. IMHO How much it will cost us to get the land is the main question that is hindering the sp

the market is in good mood and seems to believe the land is not an issue but for sure wants to know how much it will cost us

hopefully insiders' "friends" are buying and not only retailers

Babbler you will find the filter button very helpful on this thread! You have to laugh at those who cant accept the risk inherent in investing in high risk small cap stocks like this and who berate the company even when the good news is clearly coming down the track.
It is especially amusing when they dont even have any skin in the game:-)

china tried to built a new channel to rival the Panama Channel, may be they are happy to pay more this time...I believe that if they pay around $165million I would recover my investment
every 10p equals to $30 million of market cap for 250 million shares, 50p = $150 million + 10% costs equal to $165 million, this if cnr does not pay taxes and give us the money..

CNR must expect a sell bcs I have just seen a recent picture of MC with another 32 cnr employees in a very long table in a nice restaurant !! may be MC celebrated his birthday, or was it a company occasion? I can not see Luc in the picture, neither those that were made redundant recently.
