The Tatiana vein, one of the veins in la Mestiza, is very very rich and Everybody wants it. Most probably calibre has put an offer on la mestiza .
Problem is we cant sell la india till we buy all its land , we need a rns confirming it; therefore imho mc’s commentary intents to make waiting more durable.

He also suggests that the enquiries he has had are from people wanting to sell us stuff if we do manage to offload the assets for cash. Nothing about anyone actually wanting to buy the bloody assets 🙄

MC’s says in a interview posted in Twitter:
I met a mining company to see if we are interested in their assets is South America? What is this bullsht?
Do not be foul: this message is saying we don’t have any firmed offer for our whole assets.
First We need to have a rns saying we own 100% of the India vein’s land, including of course the coop’s land. Till then is pointless even to pay fees to a broker to sell cnr assets
Probably we have an offer to buy la mestiza from a local based company but for that we don’t need a broker , perhaps offer is close to our current market cap, ie it seems the rest of assets are valued by the market close to zero
Last week cnr was on site measuring the coop’s land, that is a good start
Recently JM said we need money to register our property deeds, I wonder if that included we need money to help the coop to register their property deeds so we can buy it from them…..in Nicaragua as in other third world countries people don’t always have deeds for their houses. Officials may be getting nice presents to push forward the paperwork
Gla I just hope we have real news soon and not pointless twitters otherwise what is the objective, is it to pump up the share price so that someone closed to him can sell shares? Probably not but all this is frustrating.
MC has made redundant many employees, he should contribute to save cash too. He should renounce to his fees till the sell goes through, that would focus him, or better get his salary at shares priced at 27p to give some confidence to the market that we badly need. We are tanking

Volume improving today.
The improvement is only relative to some very low volumes in recent weeks but we have to go back to 17th January to find a higher volume. It’s time we had an update and perhaps investors are expecting it soon if we see a higher volume week.

I am wondering if We may have just booked the broker to sell and actually haven’t started the process yet till we own all the land, otherwise it will be a loose of time?, may be a bit of spin by MC?.
Coop may have only received the formal deeds recently; the purchase process seems to have started with the measuring of the coop’s land by condor early this week.
I believe that if we can’t sell by next April we will start a toll deal and get cash to keep this going (to finance the sell later on , or saving cash to finance later on)
