13/3/2023 12:14 | 100% agreed regarding to achieving break even for all long term holders invested in here. | connect5
13/3/2023 12:07 | Yea right. The sentiment on both boards seems to have u turned in the last 12 months. Initially this was one of pragmatism and optimism, it's now doom and gloom and constant snipes. This RNS is effing fantastic and was completely what everyone was looking for. Come in guys, up the Condor! Worth noting my average is over 45p here. Maybe I'm being stupid at this point but anything that claws us back to my breakeven is to be celebrated - I need over 100% rise! | cegamer
13/3/2023 10:16 | I am surprised there is not much chat on here this morning compared to the other BB, after the RNS? | connect5
13/3/2023 09:44 | dogdface3 - who cares about that?He wouldn't have been able to talk about Condor anyway. All we should care about now is seeing a good outcome from all here on the back of todays rns. | redprince
13/3/2023 09:07 | Great timing that’s onion head dodging the london road show | dogface3
13/3/2023 09:04 | So 9 companies had a look, 6 fell around laughing and three offered various combinations of mars bars and snickers. Great. | zangdook
13/3/2023 09:00 | SP Angel - and the copper | septblues
13/3/2023 08:54 | When assets are sold, the share price should go down, isn’t it? | oldiegoldie
13/3/2023 08:48 | Red Why am I embarrassing myself? U supposedly filtered me, u liar! U are the one embarrassing yourself Pls filter me I say the truth, u are not a man of ur word but a pathetic liar | book5
13/3/2023 08:41 | Time for book5 to give it up.You are only embarrassing yourself at this point. More importantly the Co have proven themselves to be leak proof and are conducting themselves professionally. Nothing is in the bag until that rns lands but today's news should steady nerves in the short term at least. | redprince
13/3/2023 08:23 | There is lot of good grade gold in the hills that is for certain | book5
13/3/2023 08:16 | Board is confident a binding agreement will be reached That is the most important take from the RNS. But also the level of interest suggests we have a perfect scenario for a bidding war. An excellent start to the week. Currently Up 9.5% at 17.25p. | 888icb
13/3/2023 08:04 | Sher Offers probably are from calibre and the Chinese, calibre can’t proceed Without 100% of the land, price will be much less. Key is how much the final cost for the land will be. I have always said land is easy to buy it if we pay what we are asked for Cnr is trying to buy back the 1% snr (royalty) from la mestiza previous owners , one of the previous owner has rejected initial offer, more negotiations to follow | book5
13/3/2023 08:02 | Hope he is not full of sh1t. We have been through his fairy tales before. Not so long ago rio tinto were hoovering up the hobnobs in the data room because of the immense copper reserves we have. He is good at speaking out of the side of his mouth. | diggybee
13/3/2023 07:54 | Condor Gold Provides an Update on the Sale of Assets On 22 November 2022, Condor Gold (AIM: CNR; TSX: COG) announced that following a robust and economically attractive Bankable Feasibility Study, also known as a Feasibility Study, on the La India open pit, it appointed H&P Advisory Limited (Hannam and Partners) to seek a buyer for the assets of the Company. The Feasibility Study Technical Report was filed on SEDAR titled Condor Gold Technical Report on the La India Gold Project, Nicaragua, 2022 dated October 25, 2022 (2022 FS) on 26 October 2022 and is also available on the Company's website www.condorgold.com. The sales process is now entering the end of its first phase with various parties having conducted site visits and others ongoing. Three formal expressions of interest including 2 non-binding offers (subject to further due diligence) have been received by the Company and further offers are expected as nine companies are under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Mark Child, Chief Executive of Condor Gold, commented: "I am currently in Nicaragua hosting site visits for gold producers conducting due diligence on Condor's La India Project. There are currently nine companies under a NDA, all of whom have access to a virtual data room, which includes all drill data, technical studies to Feasibility Study level, details of permits to construct and operate a mine and financial models. The Board is confident that a binding agreement will be reached. Investors will be updated in due course." Now there is something to talk about. A welcome RNS confirming the sale process is going well and offers are on the table with more expected. A perfect scenario for a bidding war. | 888icb
13/3/2023 07:52 | Book, it says enough. 2 non binding offers already. Oh, you said the company couldn't sell the asset because we haven't all the land yet. Absolutely rubbish. Other projects got sold way earlier than we have progressed. | sherwood58
13/3/2023 07:52 | This looks pretty positive for holders.. 3 expressions of interest & 9 companies under NDA's 'The sales process is now entering the end of its first phase with various parties having conducted site visits and others ongoing. 13/3/2023 07:28 | Tiny market cap....loads of gold + potential for more. Gotta be worth something. | molatovkid
13/3/2023 07:10 | Finally a rns, it does not say much | book5
12/3/2023 10:37 | Corrientes1 - i would be shocked and alarmed if anyone on this thread knew anything about what is going on behind the scenes. Of course we dont! | redprince
11/3/2023 22:36 | Well, there are not messages that I have been filtered I wonder why 😀😀 | book5
11/3/2023 15:51 | Yes I have filtered book5 and frankly all the baseless speculation is folk only showing themselves up. The co are doing the right thing by saying nothing until there is something tangible to report on. That is exactly how they should be acting during the negotiations process. | redprince
11/3/2023 15:25 | Mark Child doesn't even think the shares are worth 15p. All he wants is his "consultancy fees" and probably other benefits which should not be mentioned. | zangdook
11/3/2023 10:02 | A price target of £1.02p was offered by share price Angel in 2020, so what does the company do, put Condor up for sale when the price is 20p Even worse, Mellon was promoting Condor at the likes of Master Investor a few years ago when the share price was 40p-50p range, he recently demanded warrants at 15p and provided a CLN for a mere $1m convertible at 15p No wonder shareholders feel more than aggrieved, as for Mark Child well the less said the better. | the_debt_collector |
