12bn - what the world does know ( although you don't mention it now )is you advised readers here to sell only weeks ago when the share price was in the 2p area - what compensation are you offering to those who took your advice now that the share price is around 6p?

TG, the share price is still in the channel where i expected. If it drops and ends below 6p for a day or two, I might join you! I am sure if it were to retrace, Schroders may start asking for an update! Any way, I suspect when our man reaches Trinidad, we will hear something. Yes, the update is due, but I wouldn't count on multiple rns's just for sake of the share price ....all will be revealed soon though. GL.

Leo isn't going to issue an RNS at the end of the month and then another within 3-4 weeks, which is why I thought that we would be better having an update when the OO completed.

LGO was a traders shares and some of those people are still around, so don't expect the price to hold up without news.

I don't think it is a case of 'people don't want any news yet'. More a case of market sentiment and POO. Most imo are satisfied with the man at helm and allow him to do his bit and release news when ready. Though I might be a tad disappointed if we don't hear something by the end of this month....that will be ahead of the stated before year end...under promise and over achieve...and all that!

CERP will not want the world to know how low the actual production is here dodgy. This is heading for 4.5p and then production numbers should take it much lower,imo.

Only diddly-squat Companies put out operational updates every five minutes. Most oil and gas companies do it either quarterly or half-yearly, that is a fact. The share price was 2.2p in early August, it's still almost 3 times that. People should stop whinging on about operational updates and let management get on with the job in hand.

LLL - the Board are certainly not shying away from production levels, they just do not have the urgency that some shareholders have regarding posting production every few months. Everything is going to plan I can assure you.

Update Today 17:11

Good chat with Leo and Gordon this afternoon. They are very happy with progress and lining things up for next year, especially the SWP. Leo out in TT next week, hopefully a few pictures maybe. Production update as stated will be before year end, no changes planned on this. Water injection going as planned. Vmax - oil in the SWP better quality than first thought. The board are not keen on releasing RNSs for the sake of it, when there are announcements they want then to be very worth while. LK still firmly believes Columbus will be a 500 billion company cannot give you a date on this at present. All good as far as I am concerned and have asked for an update soon even if this does not include production figures. Cheers

TG, the pattern is no different to what has been for the past couple of weeks. Don't be surprised if the topper-uppers take advantage this PM and we remain in the channel. Did someone say that Leo was in Trinidad this/next week?...may be to coincide with and update (after signing off some of the figures!)...

I see that apart from my words of wisdom, there hasn't been another post. So, I will say it again, WE NEED SOME NEWS otherwise the share price is likely to continue falling. It doesn't need to be specific, just a photo of Leo in Trinidad with $100 dollar bills raining down from the sky would do.
