And used to buy more CERP shares.

Feel like I've been mugged at the moment, so let's see the share price rise into the weekend.

12bn - talking of ' conversions ' you've yet to tell us what prompted your epiphany on your target sell price which seems to be 4.5p now whereas only some weeks ago you were imploring readers to sell in the low 2p area - what offer of compensation are you offering? - Lloyds are already way over 12bn on PPI - are they the inspiration for your moniker?

Good newsAfter being put in a queue for ages with Hargreaves Lansdown I spoke to really helpful guy called CallumHe also said the rejection message was incorrect and went off to find out what exactly was going onHe came back and said that 15% of my XS has been awarded so 6000 shares on top of the 10,000 open offer shares in that ISA account. We didn't talk about the sipp or fund and share account. But at least I knew something more concrete as to what was going on.He agreed that the message was an error and shouldn't come out the way it did. No I just like to thank posters here for your understanding and support and good wishes but all appears to be well now and he said 15% 6000 shares is awarded on top of 10,000 open offerBetter than nothing I'm not grumbling now that's for sure.Just what a palaver. As all the people mentioned with a recent AST open offer completed and done within three days. So thanks again to everyone and onwards and upwards for the share price for everyone.

12bn - talking of ' conversions ' you still haven't told us what's prompted your epiphany - you seem to be targeting 4.5p now where only some weeks ago you were imploring readers to sell at close to the 2p level - what compensation are you offering to readers who took your advice? - Lloyds are already over 12bn on PPI - is that where you got the inspiration for your moniker!

Well, I've dropped company an email asking for clarification on the OO....whilst it does not affect me personally, I share the inconvenience and pain of others.

EDIT: Shame that you can't apply the Freedom Of Information ACT to the PLC's!

Hi TGNo , my holding is about 460k shares a few sipp most Isa sharesAsked for extra 40000 on top of oo entitlement of 11500 shares .So don't think I asked for above and beyond . Heard some guys similar holdings asked for 100k shares and got 30%

Offerman, seems a bummer of an issue for you. Did you get your entitlement of the OO...but missed out on Excess?

With Barclays I had to agree to the Open Offer and then needed to add Excess request in another box. I was wondering if you forgot to agree to take up your OO, may be you just filled in the excess request section?...

My HL is in. Assume these percentages are without the 1/31 offer? Mine looks less than 15% but not used calculator.
