08/11/2017 16:24 | Nice one ccr1958 As you know, IWEB is Lloyds sharedealing arm. Regards....Kazz | kazz
08/11/2017 16:23 | I am with Lloyds. applied for 50,000...got 22,908 . worth doing in the end .. | ccr1958
08/11/2017 16:20 | Kazz I got the same ,19% of extras :) | ccr1958
08/11/2017 16:17 | Crosseyed, FYI Alot of discussion on LSE re the reasoning behind the different percentages given out by numerous brokers. Regards....Kazz | kazz
08/11/2017 15:53 | kazz, That's an intriguing thought: the excess dependent on the OO take-up of the nominee account provider's shareholdings. That certainly does not seem right. By the way, I did not opt to take up any excess shares but am interested in how it works. c | crosseyed
08/11/2017 15:46 | That does not make sense, 19% through IWEB, 5% through TD, etc, if excess shares are being distributed on a pro rate basis (as stated in the RNS) on excess shares applied for. Perhaps some maximum cut-off is being appled or/and a minimum application honoured in full. A allocation of 19% would imply only 10.5 million OO shares being taken up, ie 50%, which seems most unlikely. c | crosseyed
08/11/2017 15:44 | Sure is crosseyed :) I have been in other OO before, and IWEB always seems to come out trumps compared to other brokers on the allocation front percentage. Dunno why? Maybe not so many IWEB clients take up the offer, so more to hand out?? Or just a good broker, who knows? I am in an OO for PPC this week, so will see how that pans out. Regards.....Kazz | kazz
08/11/2017 15:31 | Yes Kazz, I also received 19% from IWEB | jcgswims
08/11/2017 15:26 | kazz, 19% is rather different than the 5% reported by others. c | crosseyed
08/11/2017 15:16 | Got my OO shares with HSDL | brasso3
08/11/2017 15:10 | Just to update the calculation used in post 1857 with the 5% figure reported as received on excess applications, I deduce the following: Total Open Offer shares taken up = 17.75 million (of 20.1 million) Total Excess shares distributed = 2.35 million c | crosseyed
08/11/2017 13:55 | Cheeds kazz. Will check them out. | luckyvince
08/11/2017 13:22 | OO shares, plus a few extra, now showing on IWEB, no refund as of yet. | jcgswims
08/11/2017 12:14 | No problem Kazz. It's been a lot easier to maintain since Leo and the team took over, as has being a CERP shareholder :) atb jcg | jcgswims
08/11/2017 12:10 | Thanks TG. | oilforex
08/11/2017 12:08 | Just spoken to someone at II and he said that the company ie CERP has not yet returned the cash to them. It normally takes one or two days before the account is fully balanced again with allotted shares and cash left over. | the guardian
08/11/2017 11:59 | And thanks to you jcgswims, for maintaining this board. Regards.....Kazz | kazz
08/11/2017 11:55 | Thanks Kazz re IWEB info. Good to know. | jcgswims
08/11/2017 11:46 | Lucky I have accounts with both, but prefer IWEB. Cheaper than HL too, at £5 a deal. | kazz
08/11/2017 11:39 | I had missed that Holly. Kazz. I hope so. Clearly HL are not wanting to commit themselves. | luckyvince
08/11/2017 11:30 | Luckyvince, true, but Schroders could afford it! ... they did qualify apparently...Jammy sods! | holly day
08/11/2017 11:22 | Just got off the phone to IWEB re my OO shares, and they say the OO shares should be in my account by 5pm tonight with the return of my excess share refund aswell. So hopefully will be able to buy more CERP tomorrow with the cash refund :) regards....Kazz | kazz
08/11/2017 11:21 | Holly. I see your point but if you applied for 1 million you would have to make 50 grand available. | luckyvince |
