Well it moved up today I am pleased to say but it couldn't be on the RNS of 11th, reorganisation and consolidation which had already been mentioned so it says. Someone thinks it to be good.

I doubt there'll be a fundraise unless it's to make a big acquisition as this company is stuffed full of cash.

I think you have answered your own question. With a director holding 20% it's thinly traded with all that that implies. Fundamentals intact as far as I can see.

sp just seems to be drifting down on no news and a few small sales?? Hope we are not heading for a fund raise which will drop it further. No reason for a fund raise that I know of - anyone else?
I think its a great little company with a good future in a growing sector. Disappointing to see it drift like this. Tempted to buy more but feel my exposure here is enough given the uncertainty
The lead director owns about 20% so his disappointment will be greater than ours I guess!

Think this is going to tread water for a year until it lands contracts (which it should given its niche) or he's taken over (which it should given the age of the shareholder directors etc)
