21/11/2003 17:04 | I believe they have at least double the cash in the bank now more than the mkt cap! Why do you think that? NCA of 1.2M as of 30th June and the director speak does not suggest they've been profitable since. I think they're in real trouble and the price reflects this. Very high risk but I'm not sure there's even potentially high reward beyond the possibility of a short term trader induced spike. | ![]() stewjames
21/11/2003 14:53 | Remember at 10p the market cap will be 1.2m at 5p 600k. The mms have no idea theyve tanked the price on thousands of silly trades like 20 30 50 you name it start to dyor and prepare to pounce!!! I believe they have at least double the cash in the bank now more than the mkt cap! | ![]() rbonnier
21/11/2003 10:47 | its getting there slowly..........zzzz | ![]() nmurrells
13/11/2003 11:17 | The mms have no idea on how to value a company indeed I can see them slowly walking this down way below 10p and then wonder why they get hit by a wall of buyers when the market cap is below 1million. Keep a close eye on this I think the mms are creating astounding value without knowing it. | ![]() rbonnier

09/11/2003 23:45 | Just noticed this item on the company's website. Not new, but I hadn't spotted it previously. COE command meets Metal Mickey COE's world famous Telecommand command and control system is now available through MIC1 Forward Vision's unique CCTV camera domes. Popularly known in the industry as "Metal Mickey", the compact, versatile dome can now utilise COE Telecommand, which features a dynamic privacy (DPZ) module with an unlimited number of privacy zones. "This is an example of COE's continued commitment to ensuring its systems are compatible with third-party peripherals," said COE's Technical Director, Mark Marriage. "Our Telecommand customers, which include city centre surveillance schemes and urban traffic control systems across the UK and internationally, now have another choice of CCTV dome." "Forward Vision is committed to bringing the best solutions and widest choice possible to the CCTV market," said Richard Markham (title?). "Metal Mickey is one of our most popular units and we're delighted we can now offer it to users of COE's command and control system." COE's DPZ facility through Telecommand, maintains quality picture coverage of sensitive areas, whilst fully complying with Privacy Act legislation. Screen areas can be partially or completely masked and operators can create different masking shapes, rather than being restricted to square boxes. A semi-transparent masking option allows the control centre to detect movement, whilst maintaining privacy. Forward Vision has developed its Multi-function Integrated Camera MIC1 domes to withstand the most hostile environments. Tested to the most rigorous standards including water ingress, bullet proofing and vandalism, the 1ft tall units are proving particularly popular in town centres, because of their compact appearance and reliability. | ![]() judgement

23/10/2003 08:33 | This is the way forward for COE, less employed staff more VAR's. Basically COE will become no more than a manufacturer and designer of CCTV and leave the customer facing stuff (Sales and Installation) to 3rd party installation companies. Lower overheads = wider profit margin = smart move by COE. | the real capitalcity

21/10/2003 13:44 | Wood Communications Adds COE To Portfolio Wood Communications, the distributor of Data and Telecommunications products, has just been appointed as a value added reseller (VAR) for UK-based COE COE, headquartered in Leeds, design, research and produce transmission systems for the surveillance industry, ranging from simple point to point units for video only, to complex multi channel video systems incorporating duplex audio and data links, managed by efficient command software. John Price, managing director of Wood Communications, said: "COE's reputation for quality CCTV surveillance solutions is second to none, so we are delighted to be joining forces with them, to expand our product portfolio. COE's experience in traffic management, transport and passenger monitoring, mass transit systems and other large transport infrastructure projects, will be invaluable in our work with local authorities and police forces. " Nicolas Pocard, COE's business development manager for transport in UK and Europe said: "COE is adding value to its fast-expanding customer base in Ireland, with the appointment of Wood Communications as a VAR. Supporting the work of our value added reseller network is a major priority for COE. We can design and manufacture the best products in the world, but that is pointless if we don't back it up with practical as well as technical support. We look forward to developing our relationship with Wood Communications over the coming months." COE now has a network of twelve VARs, across the UK and the rest of Europe. Recently listed on the Alternative Investment Market, COE has provided video network surveillance solutions for the London congestion charging scheme, UK Highways Agency and city centre CCTV projects in the UK, France, Holland and Germany. | ![]() judgement
