Anyone going to have a punt at sub 5p ? Mkt cap then would be going bust valued at 600k if coe thinks it will be profitable this financial year then at a sub 5p valuation it must be order the Ferrari time!

made the same mistake and read too many bulletin boards. my holding is now worth less than the price to sell them, you got to move on.

StewJames and nmurrells-Thanks.
So we have no money.Whats new?
COE could be trading profitably,i have no choice but to wait.
I had £35k invested in scoot, will i ever see anything back?
And i never got any tender documentation!

I've been with scoot/timeload/coe since the beginning, and watched more than £5000 invested, be turned into little more than £100.
We must all be the biggest mugs going for allowing them to screw us so many times.
The LSE should not have allowed this to happen either. Not 3 times in a row.
Is no-one accountable for doing this?

ashleyfard, you're WAY out of date I'm afraid!

Since Dec 2002, they returned 2.2M by way of tender offer. In addition, they will have spent a fair bit on fees processing the COE reverse takeover plus will have had to pay for any losses incurred by the business. At the interims, net current assets had slumped to 1.2M. Only one months trading of COE is contained in those results so difficult to judge ongoing cashburn but it could easily be 500K or more.

Anyone know how Laxey Partners stand on this one at the moment? Did they bale out, or are they still holding?

Yes. I said they weren't leaving much room for error when the acquisition was made (I'm pleased most disagreed with me and let me tender the lot though!) Things haven't been rosy since so they've got to be in quite serious danger.

I think the mm's have no idea where the price should be hence they keep testing the water.Added to the fact there has been no news everyone is in the dark at present including the mm's.To be fair at present i would be tempted to guess of more potential upside from here than downside. After all, it would only take one contract announcement and it could take off aimhooc.

Well this is getting quite incredible.Do the mms think this has a mkt cap of 43million as indicated by advfn and intend to trash the price to 1p by mistake thinking coe still has a mkt cap of 4 million but really 120k.
Obviously if this happens fill your boots but act with caution as its no good 1p 10p or £1 if its going bust.

Well the new product on the website actually sounds quite good.
At least it shows that COE are not in hibernation and are actively involved in developing new kit. Some positives can therefore be drawn
