03/6/2003 15:31 | I've not seen mine yet, although mine are held in a nominee account, would this have a bearing I wonder? | the real capitalcity
03/6/2003 15:25 | We now have the proof we need the biggest buy has just gone through 22k since coe started trading and the mms dont mark up the price. So they are filling a sell order it is Laxeys.Laxeys reduced there holding in Timeload late last year I will do the exact figures tonight but a matchbox analysis is if they sold 40% at.75p they will be dumping 475200 and if they sold all 80% they will be dumping the remaining 150480. | rbonnier
03/6/2003 11:46 | RBonnier again you could be right and hence i'm tracking closely - ready to accumalate. | fatmattress
03/6/2003 10:48 | an rns for this new company surely is needed pretty soon to give some indication of where its going. | nmurrells
03/6/2003 10:47 | Its just a theory fatmatress only Laxeys of the major shareholders did not give assurances not to sell their stakes for at least 12 months. They could have taken 40% and are now selling the rest.Since yesterday there has not been the aggresive selling required for this to fall 50% or bad news from the company,I therefore believe the mms have a large sell order to place and that can only be Laxeys,If this is correct a superb buying opportunity will arise especially if the directors pile in when they know the seller is out. | rbonnier
03/6/2003 10:42 | Possibly RBonnier, but i'm not sure Laxeys tendered any shares,so therfore they must have had more confidence of getting there origional stake back with a stake in Coe Grp? - why would they decide to sell now - when they could have got o.75p for up to 81% of their holding? | fatmattress
03/6/2003 10:28 | The price crash is due to Laxeys selling up imo. They will be selling their stake on the open market, wait until the rns appears indicating they are out then buy. | rbonnier
03/6/2003 09:47 | With the new much smaller market size and huge difficulties of finding buyers or sellers on AIM,it is inevitable that lots and lots of day traders will want to get out because everything on AIM is so slow.So there will be a massive sell off by Scooters and Timeloaders initially.Back down to 2 and 3 pence a share I would expect over the next few months.Just have to wait and see if the management achieve a buyout at 3p and keep all our capital.Doom and Gloom. | chrisp2
03/6/2003 09:45 | Down again,i bet Vivendi are thinking here we go again... FWIW I'm getting ready to pile in.Good opportunity now imo. | fatmattress
03/6/2003 09:09 | venomousviper - the pathetic small sells are probably forced sells because now the share has been relegated to Aim they no longer qualify to be in Isa's! mum | mum
03/6/2003 00:10 | can we have some updated info please COE, If any????????????????? | nmurrells
02/6/2003 23:17 | Seems like no good reason- but the city will put it down to market sentiment-- they do what they like -- they dont need a reason. B Trade is between Market makers. | mikeran

02/6/2003 21:34 | Yes Market Makers-- The city is only interested in making itself a profit-- long or short. Either write off your investment and sell out at to-days price or wait ------ a long time. even then you may wish you had accepted the tender offer. | mikeran
