15/9/2003 23:46 | It could mean somebody worked the numbers through to see the impact if Coe Gp doesn't hit the earn-out targets for its original management - ie less dilution a year down the line. It could also mean that my premise a couple of weeks back that it's undervalued on forward revs/potential PE is still true, if now slightly less blatantly. Market cap is now c£2m. If FY'04 revs are £7-10m, could mean a profit of £400-700k based on 5-7% margins in previous "good years" from the offer RNS earlier in the year.
