WHO ARE COE !!!!!!

I had some shares delivered in the post today, but I can't trace where they came from. Have COE just taken over a company or have they reorganized from another company. Can anyone help.

believe me it would have to do a lot to get any of that back.

So what is COE?
do they make money?
or will they p1ss it up the wall like the last lot did?

You should now have 90 shares which, at bid price 37 pence, still equals about £33.00.

I buy my shares through Halifax sharebuilder I had a holding of 4500 shares at a rough value of £33.00 now it shows I have about 85 value 64p but it is still valuing the shares at the old price, any ideas if this will change automatically to 39.5 per share.

I am unable to find any useful info on this co.
I am unaware that they have made any investments but imagine that there is potential to enter the tech market at the bottom. The price trend is worrying!

Don't own them but have been following the story. Nice bounce off the (?) bottom. A press report last month said:
17.12.00 CHROME TECHNOLOGY: Back in October we tipped Chrome Technology when it came to the market at 10p with the intention of acquiring internet and technology incubators. Consolidation in the troubled sector seems inevitable and David Rogers, chairman of the company, believes there are some attractive deals to be done. In November we heard that Rogers, who has been behind a number of AIM success stories, was ‘just weeks away’ from a deal and we repeated the buy advice at 47.5p. A deal has yet to materialise and the shares have slipped to 32p in a tough market. Investors who followed our original advice should hang on for the deal – which although taking longer to complete than we expected – is said to be still on track.
Could be there is a deal now in the pipeline?

Rumour on III board that COE may be looking at taking Oxygen OXY. Anyone heard anything similar?

Having bought into COE at its float I am naturally dissapointed by its performance to date. However what really concerns me is the total lack of anything in the public forum since its launch. Any one got any news or views?
