21/12/2004 15:42 | Just how much more can the Scooters take. They wrote off their investments in Scoot then they wrote off their investmments in Timeload now theyre having to write them off here too...A disastrous Christmas for all !! Rip....Coe..! | venomousviper
21/12/2004 15:21 | blimey. makes Jarvis look like a really safe bet !! | michel le baptist
21/12/2004 15:02 | Nice one gaybriefs!!! Shareholders have been diluted by a staggering 50% this will now tank to sub 5p!!Looks like youll be buying your briefs from Oxfam in the future!!! | venomousviper
21/12/2004 14:44 | screwed the small holders again | xzaq111
21/12/2004 14:08 | Hmmmmmmm not quite as disastrous as it first looked.A return to profitability looks on the cards before the interims due by the end of March this should help the share price some what.Shame about the placing though but I think we were expecting it really.8P is a low price and it means that the shares in issue lobs up by an almighty 50% so we will have to hope this surprises next year with bigger than anticipated profits.I will continue to hold and top up below 10p if the opportunity arrises. | ![]() rbonnier
21/12/2004 13:37 | well theres the news....... | ![]() nmurrells
20/12/2004 14:07 | Im very quickly turning bearish Im afraid on this.Ive been hopeful all year that this might recover but it does not look like it all.Wallace says the timing of the results is to best fit in with the operational needs of the business. They better hurry up this will be suspended in 2 weeks otherwise. I reckon the companys broke, in real trouble, probably on the verge of going bust! | ![]() rbonnier
17/12/2004 08:07 | Alive and kicking apparently only we could do with these results to prove it! | gaybriefs
17/12/2004 00:33 | COE?? STILL ALIVE? | k38
13/12/2004 15:25 | A new thread I see what a good idea.Have you heard anything GayBriefs? My take on this is the results will be bad although should show losses to a minimum this accompanied by may be some new contracts and a relative optimistic outlook from Wallace and a rebound to at least 20p could be relistic however i reckon the results have been delayed as they have run out of cash and are on with a fundraising excercise I reckon they will get it will announce it with the results and the share price will remain unchanged. We shall see. | ![]() rbonnier
13/12/2004 11:24 | This sleeping Stock is about to errupt and storm towards 40p before Christmas. But thats only a taster of things to come next year when coes new contracts bear fruit. With a micro cap of little over 1 million pounds this stock has been completely forgotten the nature of its business in todays environment puts coe in the right place at the right time..Andrew Wallace coes new ceo from pace returned to the uk at the weekend from the Far East rumours are Andrew has finalised new contracts in Singapore which he will report this week when coe reports its preliminary results to the market. | gaybriefs
06/12/2004 14:45 | Afternoon all the prelims are next week when Wallace gets back from the Far East.50p I suppose is a bit optimistic it would only give the company a market cap of 6.5 million though presuming there isnt a placing on the cards so it wouldnt take much achieving imo. No Placing a small profit and some bullish spiel from Wallace and we are there. dream on I know......but.....?? | ![]() rbonnier
05/12/2004 22:53 | Hope your right RB, but 50p might be a little high!! Agree, the prelims are a worry. Kind regards Codot | codot
01/12/2004 15:56 | There wont be any results either for 2 weeks as Andrew Wallace is in Singapore. | ![]() rbonnier
01/12/2004 09:04 | Hi warranty I am expecting last years stratejic review to show improvements to the bottom line.Im not expecting profits but I am expecting improved numbers accompanied with a bit more confidence from the newly appointed Wallace. There are the contracts worth 3m which should help too. This company only has a market cap of 1.3 million any sniff of returning to profits and this will fly expect 50p for a start. The only main worry is why are these prelims so late? - I think imo theres a fund raising going on which would mean dilution at current levels which would put a spanner in my thinking if the results were not ok. | ![]() rbonnier
30/11/2004 22:30 | RB why do you say that, have you heard something?? | ![]() warranty
29/11/2004 12:58 | Might not be soon.! | ![]() rbonnier
18/11/2004 17:58 | What a dull share!! Regards Codot | codot
26/10/2004 20:49 | A guess but.. a) appointment of new CEO and granting of share options at 10p indicates that company has now stabilised and share price is conservative b) i hate comanies who take 6 months to publish, but I would presume that they want to release bad finals with a good list of new orders. We shall see | ibarty
25/10/2004 11:56 | Hmmmmmmmmm starting to have a change of mind regarding this.Last year the prelims were on the 30th Sept with the agm 2nd week in November. At this rate there wont even be any results by November now I wonder why. Well the reason is imo they have very little cash cant get the results signed off as a going concern for the next 12 months and are on with a placing, which will be announced along with the prelims if the city puts its hands in its pockets.Might do this time but coe will have to buck its ideas up.verdict= Going Nowhere Fast.! | ![]() rbonnier
17/10/2004 15:54 | Apparently few shares in the market so the smallest bit of trading seems to move them. It follows that any new contract news will have an effect. | ![]() rheiner
17/10/2004 12:19 | So why the big tick up last week. No news or excitement as far as I can see. | ![]() warranty
15/10/2004 12:11 | 20p this afternoon would be nice !!. | ![]() partner
15/10/2004 12:04 | Dont worry this will be £2+ by this time next year. | ![]() rbonnier
