Re new director Wallace. Was he with Pace? can't remember if he was around before during or after their recent share fall... Can anyone help with a view?

Nothing new - they were two of the contracts previously announced in the interims.

Just seen the web site bit of a dark horse this one with a market cap of 1.2 million.
Wonder why they havnt announced the contracts worth 1.9m to the market. In comparrison to coes market cap these are significant imo. Will be topping up here for definate.

Looks like Coe have picked up a couple of decent contracts in Malaysia and Singapore - see website for news - plus announcement of new cctv technology

With any luck these should start to pick up as the newsflow on congestion charges and alternative methods of road taxes start to bite.

I tried to buy some more early on, but the useless broker I has the funds with couldn't get the price I wanted! Oh well.... I can wait.

Some info from last annual report which can be downloaded from the website.

12M of tax losses (when Timeload) are not useable because business has changed
1M of freehold property on the balance sheet
Defined contribution pension scheme, therefore no pension deficit.

I still think these look an above average speculative punt at this price. Market cap only 1.3M. The last results dont show the effects of the significant contract wins or the cost reduction exercise.

Hope you're right. Re-read last results and company definetly looks viable.

HP, I'd be astonished if they raised any capital through equity. While there may be short of cash, it can't be to difficult to borrow sufficient to cover the troughs between stage payments.

downbutnotout,

Ive not bought any since 14.88p. I think there may be a fundraising but Im really just guessing. It almost looks too cheap for what you get though.

Market cap now only 1.5M. Given the contract wins announced in last results this looks awfully low to this fat investor.
