17/5/2004 14:49 | whats with this company's massive money mkt deposits relative to Market Cap? | shooting_star
11/5/2004 21:08 | I think the deposits are off limit, but I'd be surprised if the funds required for large large orders weren't covered by a mix of overdraft and stage payments. | judgement
23/4/2004 11:24 | Im also hopeful the company can return to profit once revenues from the Far East contracts starts to flow. However can the company use the money market deposits if they have short-term cash flow problems? Im slightly worried we may see a fund-raising if cash position is tight. | hugepants
20/4/2004 12:58 | Just bought some more, as the price is getting silly given the significantly improved prospects. | judgement
08/4/2004 17:10 | That's a pretty accurate assessment HP. I guess the margins are tight on the new business, but for me there doesn't need to be much of an upturn in profitability to see a significant recovery in share price. I guess there must be a reasonable sale being worked, because this share's so illiquid that 20k normally has a material effect on the price. | judgement
08/4/2004 15:38 | me got 10k for same | limousine
08/4/2004 15:26 | I got 20K at 14.88p | hugepants
08/4/2004 15:25 | Bit of a tree shake going on i expect a buyer will lap up the days sellers by end of day. | limousine
08/4/2004 15:20 | Market cap of sub 2M looks too low now to me given the contract wins announced at interims. In addition the effects of cost cutting not reflected in last set of results and company state; "Although sales revenues are behind plan, this should be rectified as the projects referred to above, and others, start to be rolled out. " Upbeat outlook; "The expanding order book augurs well for the future, and in particular gives rise to optimism for the Group in 2004/05 and beyond." Worth a speculative punt? | hugepants
02/4/2004 06:55 | Upbeat,........ We will wait to see. | ashleyfard
31/3/2004 23:11 | i doubt most people have any idea what this company true position is ,but all the bull and hype that goes with it, sure moves the share for the moment , i would not feel comfotable with such a share. | vision88
31/3/2004 17:59 | Evening all, Well I will be honest and sold out this morning. Hope to buy back a bit cheaper but could not resist 18.5. Good luck to all | martincoops
31/3/2004 14:18 | judgement, I use for news now. ADVFN formatting is completely unreadable for results announcements plus it has the annoying habit of booting you off every 5 seconds when all you're doing is trying to read news items. I take your point, I just don't agree with it. :-) The complete lack of figures in the future outlook makes me think it's all just words...ie business is going to get better but they're still not going to be making money. They'd need 500K profit to justify 6M market cap. Just don't see it, personally. | stewjames
31/3/2004 10:48 | A PDF version of the results that is better formatted than the version here, is on COE's web site at: | greenius
31/3/2004 10:10 | chart certainly looks impressive, but price rise looks a bit overdone..... | pointscorer
31/3/2004 09:12 | at last a step in the right direction good contracts and a nice outlook...... nick | nmurrells
31/3/2004 08:58 | Stew, I haven't yet had time to study the results in detail (not helped by the formatting), but I think the point is that they've gone through a period with very few large projects, and have still reasonable turnover on background support business and small orders. The newly announced large orders, combined with lower overheads should add significantly to profitability overr the next couple of years. It is virtually impossible to buy in any volume at present, near the offer. This stock was priced on the expectation that it was about to go bust. It is now looking like a recovery situation, so I would see a £6m market cap as quite reasonable within the next six months. | judgement
31/3/2004 08:15 | Very quiet today, results out and no comment.Price well up,promising prospects.Good news no finance issues announced so shares in issue remains around 12 m.Small buying pushes price along. | partner
