Hot ticket major purchases are not made before deals are done, you have it all wrong fella, why would they? De risk then buy! Large buys been going on in the background hence the spread, come on I sense your frustration but try keeping it real, maybe you don't understand how theses things work, or are over invested, I suggest you not looking back here until end of July mate 👌

Wordog! Always delays mate, very rare these things happen on time, the interesting thing will be BP's results, that will de risk ours and help with the negotiating! Have a good feeling in my bones about those!

He did say June, you know that, although I wasn't niave enough to think there would be delays. It could be worse, they could have nobody interested! Plenty of that going on elsewhere.

They have done the right thing on this occasion, happy to sit and wait but I suspect the share price will drift in the meantime.

Wordog, it was always going to be around July fella! Maybe there were some ends that needsd todying up, always going to be questions from companies that want all the correct answers before investing! Only normal!

From reading the RNS it seems to me that the interested parties have obviously voiced some concerns of the structural integrity of the prospects. The good news is the CNR have gone away and done some work to successfully derisk it. I believe this is what has caused the delay with Algy allowing more time for them to assess the new information. Sounds like there are enough still interested, let's hope someone comes on board.

I'm not concerned at the moment of no news, I said all along it will be summer before we thrash out a deal, that's what is going on as far as I am comnverned, it's all about The Gas now! Why wouldn't they want to get their hands on Trillions not billions of cubic feet of gas? Remind yourself, trillions not billions

Hot ticket, if you are so concerned why not sell? Or are you just mentally preparing for the worst? I understand if you are, this is the last of my gambling cash, if this fails then so has my high risk portfolio over the last 3 years!

Why the concern? June was the aspiration but as long as its before September we will be good for cash.

Happy to sit and wait, the North Sea trend is working in our favour and Ally knows the industry better than any.

My biggest concern is what terms and conditions will CLNR accept from farm-in partners?

Will Mr Cluff step down in the event of a "deal" where the financiers take control?

In the event of a bid it seems to me that the small shareholders will be the ones who pass control and not the board as they now don't own a big stake. However, the board may want to dilute again and I believe that this action would not be in the best interests of shareholders.

Nevertheless the board will have to come clean soon as time as their options are running out of time...........look at the report and accounts.

Ok so you have covered all possibilities.up,down,same.
So we are aligned,both of us have no idea what will happen.
It's like saying I ain't saying yes,I ain't saying no,I'm saying maybe.

I still say on probability the fact that no news or leak of news has come out I am,shall we say,concerned.
