non of these micro cap stocks tend to be suitable for short sellers, the spread and liquidity is not favourable, and consider with cluff an rns that confirms a deal, or BP strike in adjacent field; all too unpredictable and you would get killed being on the shortside with such an rns',

Not a shorters stock.........where would they borrow the shares from to go short?

Most shareholders in CLNR use electronic brokers who are not set up for this so the selling has come from those investors who paid 2.5p and are protecting a small gain just in case..............it would not surprise me if the shares don't push a little higher in the coming weeks.

I know nowt about shorting but assume that CLNR would not be a realistic target for shorters?

If there is a deal then logic tells us people will be accumulating and it's clear that is what is happening..accumulations take place at the lowest possible share price ,not at the highest and the market will accommodate because that's the game.only my opinion of course.

Good morning CLNR holders

For me the shares in this company are to hold until a deal is announced (assuming if). Given the potential asset is N Sea gas and lots of it my expectation is that there will be a deal with when being the main question. The seller is back this morning though.
