27/6/2017 19:25 | Apologies double post. | bronislav
27/6/2017 19:25 | I dont know an awful lot about mr cluff but I wouldnt be far wrong in the assumption that he sees things through and up to press he has been a success.CLNR sits on some decent assets clickon so I dont have too many concerns about a positive outcome here. | bronislav
27/6/2017 18:41 | Hi Bronislav I think you'll find that Mr Cluff has been frustrated by government energy policy from the very early days onwards. Even a short time after the start of the Buchan field, financing became difficult because of the Labour government. For some reason governments seem to be incredibly thick about energy policy and would rather have an awful lot of nothing rather than a bit of something. He tends to stick at it, hopefully one way or another we will get a result. | clickon
27/6/2017 16:11 | I also said this government doesn't have the appetite for home grown Gas or oil, they would rather import it, no national security whatsoever, we better stay freindly with Russia! | therealdeal5
27/6/2017 15:49 | She's moving | overthebridge
27/6/2017 15:43 | BRONISLAV, thats a very good point that could well account for the silence | clickon
27/6/2017 15:43 | If the bid round or chance of other assets were on the cards in the near future it could be worth hanging on to the company but from all accounts at the agm mr cluff didnt look to impressed with governments attitude to the north sea in general. He may well be thinking ,why should I bother and hence sell it off. | bronislav
27/6/2017 15:40 | There is appetite for the stock again mind you the retrace was over 76.4% High of 3.30p low of 2.35p | master rsi
27/6/2017 15:32 | Recall the full NPV value per share comes in at 47p | euclid5
27/6/2017 15:28 | I also believe this company is for sale! Cluff will want to sell this, it's what he does and he isn't getting any younger, this has the for sale sign hanging on the door, said it before and will say it again! What will we get? 50p 85p? | therealdeal5
27/6/2017 15:25 | Greetings all Back to share price down am and up pm? | maytrees
27/6/2017 15:23 | The CLNR gas area has soft structure to drill but the BP area is hard and deeper. That is the big difference and it all translates in to cost. If antone wishes to see the distances then go on to the CLNR website and study the maps etc. | anley
27/6/2017 15:20 | Is finally the turn around again on the cards after the rise and retracement til this morning? Signs on the Level 2 of ready for that | master rsi
27/6/2017 14:49 | If BP,S deep drill finds payload at target it wouldnt be out of the realms of possibility that we are more of a takeover target rather than a farmin..BP will want those well results kept secret until they have finished negotiations if indeed they are linked to us ,why give the rest if the data room attendees the heads up on what the whole area might be sat on.If not a takeover of cluff it may well be a takeout of some of our assets.Cpr,s hold lots of sway in negotiations. | bronislav
27/6/2017 14:02 | One of the main differences between BP and CLUFF appears that the BP drill is a lot deeper | clickon
27/6/2017 13:58 | 12.05.16 bp commenced drilling around this date, over a year ago, seems very slow.http://www.worl | clickon
27/6/2017 11:21 | BP are using Perenco and Premier as partners for their drill. Even BP utilises partnerships. | clickon
27/6/2017 10:11 | It seems clear that the London standard article was not helpful to those wanting in at as low as possible ,no panic as its back to where it is supposed to be for now.June is coming to an end so Algys thoughts about possibly hearing some news in June hasn't long to run.Positive is how quickly this could move on a good rns.The BP drill does seem pivotal and I would not be too surprised to hear that BP are our main suitor.BP are leaning more towards gas and the U.K. Would be a good fit for BP,s gas plans. The BP drill does seem to be dragging on and with today's tech it makes one a tad suspicious at the length of time it is taking.I also think Algy has kind of give us a hint about BP. Speculative of course but not out of the question. | bronislav
27/6/2017 09:22 | will check it out | kristini2
27/6/2017 08:39 | Kristini yes I know but I have been watching UKOg for some time, and with 700 metres of oil column well work it out, if they are testing horizontally and it keeps going into other fields like they think it does, this could be one of the largest finds in history similar to GKP but in UK, and on land, doesn't make sense not to invest when there is so much light oil down there! | therealdeal5
27/6/2017 08:36 | HT 👍😂 | therealdeal5
26/6/2017 22:30 | Look at the Argos deal (retain 5% of gross revenue for £250000 per year up to drilling of one well), got to be the worst one in history. Although I'm pretty sure Cluff will sort us out. | wordog
26/6/2017 11:29 | It's amazing how unreal manages to buy shares just before they rise, then tells us after the event, how does he do it? | eburne1960
26/6/2017 09:26 | TRD- that's the problem when holding cash-one feels the need to 'invest' and the disciplined investor will wait for the right stock at the right price, buffet is sitting on £1.5b in cash i think Oil price falling is annoying, too much supply does not help us here get the best deal | kristini2 |
