16/5/2017 10:21 | @Nod reminds me of this quote:- Do not correct a fool, or he will hate you; correct a wise man, and he will appreciate you Anyway GB seems to be my pal now - so I better not call him a fool :-) Just entertainment. CTAG gone now and my short closed. Equity holders will probably never even be contacted again. | loglorry1
16/5/2017 10:13 | The directors were in limbo without a U.K. company for several months in 2016. Amit Ben-Haim and Anthony Reeves resigned from Cloudtag Active on 24 March 2016 yet the new UK operating company, CT Technology Services, was not registered until June 2016 at which time they became directors. It's an odd way to operate a multi-million pound business (market value not revenue). | nod
16/5/2017 10:02 | loglorry Thanks for putting Nod straight, he is a little uptight this morning. he is classing this as a fact going by his 675 outburst. You seem to be extremely concerned with every piece of factual information posted about CTAG. I suspect Amit may soon resign from Cloudtag Inc leaving that company to be wound down. Enough about Nod, your comment loglorry may carry some merit, well done you. I have seen a vast improvement in your capability's over the last 48 hours. I believe I may have underestimated you. Your earlier posts were very poor, but this week has been a revelation old chap. Now all consultants, who ever would have thought. Good idea don't you think for a start up. Keep up the good work, Nod could learn a thing or two from you. GB | goldbullion
16/5/2017 09:52 | @Nod GB is here to entertain us. GB I wonder who all the employees at CloudTag will work for? It's going to be hard to pay NI and do the Payroll without a UK limited company behind them. Perhaps they'll all just become consultants now. | loglorry1
16/5/2017 09:47 | GB,Do you have any facts to contribute to this board or is your modus operandi entirely focused on attempting to belittle posters?I'm aware that a link was posted yesterday - I acknowledged that in my first reply. I have followed up with related information not previously posted. You seem to be extremely concerned with every piece of factual information posted about CTAG. Your focus is on undermining the actual facts with facetious comments. | nod
16/5/2017 08:14 | Nod Someone beat you to that news 24 hours earlier, did you not get the memo. Do keep up old chap, no one likes a slow coach. GB | goldbullion
15/5/2017 20:00 | Last month and this month Amit has also resigned from three other U.K. Companies: Aeristech (2) and Kobus.https://beta.c | nod
15/5/2017 19:43 | CT Technology Services Ltd had only two active directors: Amit Ben-Haim and Anthony Reeves. Tony Reeves resigned on 31 March 2017 a few weeks before his resignation from Cloudtag Inc was announced on 25 April 2017.Amit Ben-Haim resigned from CT Technology Services Ltd on 5 May 2017. This brings to an end the UK operating entity of Cloudtag Inc.I suspect Amit may soon resign from Cloudtag Inc leaving that company to be wound down. Investor Relations page:"As Cloudtag Inc. is a Cayman Islands incorporated company, the rights of shareholders may differ from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company, and the company is not subject to the UK city code on Takeovers and mergers. The Company's main country of operations is Jersey" | nod |
