That is not the point is it Funkmaster. If they are liars, who cares, but why is Noddy trying to pretend it is a factual statement rather then an opinion. Simple question or correction, it has just taken all morning and many strops and fits to get to this current position. He can be the guru of information on this company or thread, who cares, as long as he does not bend the rules of correct presentation. We do not want to deceive anyone do we.

Look at your posting today and see if the answer to point 1 is in your 693 post. You are stating this as a fact are you not...

On 5 May 2017, Amit resigned from CT Technology Services, which is also being wound down by Massimo

Point to me where the company have stated CT Technology Services is being wound down. I do not want to hear Massimo blah blah, I want to see it in black and white on a company statement. There is your first challenge on this public board.

Once you have admitted your failure to separate fact from opinion, we can proceed.

GB, would you recap on precisely which fact(s) you have challenged. As far as I can see you have ridiculed every post but not challenged a single fact. You copy and paste a fact (which are frequently statements made by CTAG in an RNS) and then ridicule the statement.I have speculated on four things based on the evidence: 1. that CTAG no longer has an operating Limited company registered in the U.K.2. that Amit will resign from Cloudtag Inc in the near future3. that CTAG has no distributors in Europe4. that CTAG does not have a product to sellIf you have evidence to the contrary that's fine. I suspect you will instead repeat your immature ridicule.

Nod,

re your #709, Yes Fitbit have struggled recently, and people like my neighbour have had a wristband for quite some time now, so CTAG have to bring out something so radically different that the already converted will want to "upgrade" their existing product.

It already happens with mobile phoness, where the next model is snapped up even though there is little difference from the model it's replacing, so there's no reason why it cannot happen in the fitness wearables space either.

However, the big issue for CTAG will be the expenditure required to market the product, which requires really deep pockets, unless the argument for owning one is very compelling. I'm not sure it currently is but remain to be convinced once they finally market a working product.

I have corrected many of your self declared factual posts on CTAG. I can understand why you are upset, but running to the moderator of the board like an upset school child is not glorious to watch. If you are going to post your own interpretation as actual facts, then you must expect corrections. I do not really care about Cloudtag, or whether it survives or not. But I am a stickler for facts, and some of your posts are your own assumptions written down to look like an actual fact.

Take a deep breath Noddy and calm down. You do not own shares in Cloudtag, I do not own shares in Cloudtag. We cannot move any share price as it is a private company. You have a need to look intelligent on this board, when there is no need to. You have previously taken good research from people with a better idea of what is going on. But now they have moved on, you have lost some of that feed. You attempts to sound important and intelligent, has made you post the way you have done so recently.

You have nothing to prove old chap, just stop spinning the story's is all I say, until you do stop, you are open to being corrected in the name of fair sportsmanship.

Pointing fingers while dressed in a skirt is so 1980's.

Andy, GB has said nothing whatsoever about CTAG in his many daily posts. He has not made a single comment about the company, the products, the technology, the prospects, the shareholders, the directors, the competition, ....He focuses entirely on abusing posters in a passive aggressive style. He doesn't even nitpick about alleged facts, he just rambles on in a lunatic fashion about how he perceives each poster's personality, habits, dress, and state of desk (which he has seen none of).

Andy,The saturation with fitness wearables was evident in December 2015 at which point the market leader Fitbit saw their stock price tumble and it has been falling ever since, even though they have deep pockets for R&D. Not as deep though as Apple and Samsung, who will likely dominate the health wearables market by the end of 2018.The Chinese wearables will take most of the market below $300. Samsung work very hard in the health monitoring market and could take a big slice with Android fans.

GB,
I get under your skin. That's okay. I hope it irritates you further.

I first thought he was being observant about my mild eczema on my swing arm, re-reading that post, do you think he was being personal Andy.

I also think if Noddy is being personal, we should forgive him on this occasion. I for one would like to get back to slamming Cloudtag for a sport, it is much more entertaining.

Personal? not sure I follow that perception old chap. I am merely engaging and debating in my own style. Nothing personal, not so sure why you think it is. Not the first time you have bought this up is it. Try to be more broad minded Andy, it is good for the soul.

Why do you have to be so personal in every post?

If we are all simpletons (except Wshak) why do you bother engaging with us?

You get me all wrong, I am also a Noddy supporter like you and Andy. This world needs noddys, for without, we would be in serious trouble. Viva Noddy, we are all behind you.

WS now I understand why, there is an advantage in herd mentality...

I guess for some it hurts and this gets expressed with comical responses.

Nod,

In John Lewis Oxford St. yesterday in the electrical products section looking for phones and there was a Fitbit stand with loads of products up for sale, but nobody paying attention, everyone was around the phones and tablets section.

With a host of products already available, and have been for some time, you have to wonder if they have missed the boat now?

Originally an Onitor was mooted to be going to cost £79, now people are saying around £150, (not sure if the source was CTAG or hearsay to be fair) plus an ongoing additional monthly charge, so, if that is true, it will be interesting to see what sales they can achieve in an already saturated market.

GB does not suck up to WShak, it was a tongue in cheek comment. Or put it another way, it was a Noddy comment (non factual and wild speculations). I will say one thing though, why is a professional like WS entertaining low caliber SB gamblers. He must be bored these days, I only engage with you simpletons, while the markets correct. I have to admit though, it has been fun of late. I am off soon Mr Log for an 18 at my local course, shame you do not play the game. We would have made a great two ball pairing, and could have got Noddy to caddie for us at the same time. I think our Noddy needs a little fresh air and time away from these boards.

WShak, Based on the facts we have, I'm not convinced that there was a conspiracy between CTAG and Second Chance. CTAG put on a remarkable pretence throughout 2015-2016. They hoodwinked thousands of private shareholders into investing their hard-earned cash. CTAG did not disclose when the company's initial investors had sold out, yet pumped up their prospects. I don't believe the omissions were unintentional. There were too many omissions and too much misleading puffery.CTAG were clearly dishonest but Second Chance appear to be just one of thousands who believed what CTAG said about their product and the potential spin offs into clinical support. Nemesis also came in late in 2016 as an Onitor distributor. Nemesis don't look immature or fools.

This board is (mildly) entertaining. @GB sucking up to @WShak to try to discredit @Nod but the reality is that @WShak (and many others on this board) hold @Nod in quite high esteem for some great research he's done not only for uncovering key facts on CTAG over the months but also presenting them clearly.

Hold on a moment there's the bell must be end of break time now.

You can post your incorrect and non factual information all day long, if it means that much to you, do it to your hearts content old chap. All I am doing is highlighting to others, your flaws and and lack of credibility. Please do not think this is a man hood measuring contest, you need to be a man first to enter that. Under the skin? perhaps we are back to the manhood subject old chap.

No issue though Noddy chap, I have friends in high places, I have my old friend Shak, who is a legend, whereas you, as a minor SB player would not normally be in the same room with. Then there is my re-educated and extremely improved friend Loglorry. If I want to have a good debate, I would talk to these two, as they say in the city, no point in talking to paper shufflers, speak to the ones in private offices who have a clear desk.

Back to shuffling paper for you Noddy.

While I congratulate the huge efforts you have given to charitably posting google information on what you describe as follows......Cloudtag is dead and worthless, you do still seem to be posting a lot of your speculation as fact. I have told you about this before. I do understand it takes a while for advice or correction to register with you. Take this from your 693 post...

On 5 May 2017, Amit resigned from CT Technology Services, which is also being wound down by Massimo. Clearly, Cloudtag is dead and worthless.

Can we have a extract from Cloudtag that informs you that it is being wound down Nod (CT Technology Services). I cannot wait for your reply.

I think senior people at SC were involved with the CTAG farce. They are now melting away, like everyone else.

I just clicked on the link that I regularly checked throughout 2016 to Second Chance's rather good page promoting Onitor with the link to contact them if you wanted to sell the product as a retailer. The SC page has been replaced by a message:"Ohh... You have requested the page that is no longer there."For 'page' you can substitute 'product'.SC must be very unhappy with CTAG having invested so much effort in promoting Track and then Onitor around European shows.
