Well I will have to say that Sir WShak, seem's to be a real life hero. We have a similar gentleman in the golf club. His name is Stanley, and if you listened to our Stanley's story's, you would think he won WW2 on his own. We all appease him, by nodding our heads and every now and then, we make a toast to his achievements. It makes him happy, and brings us some peace and quiet.

May I offer a toast to Sir WShak, for being a masterful, proficient and professional hero, never once has this man banged his own drum. Never once has he told us of his conquests, simply preferring to keep a low key approach to being a hero for us all. Well done and hip hip hooray old chap.

The world needs more Stanley's and Shak's.

God bless.

Cloudtag Inc registered in the U.K. still has all four directors as active. This is the recent company created in November 2015.https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/FC032916/officers

Cloudtag Active is the UK subsidiary of CTAG Inc. Cloudtag Active filed its Full and probably final Annual Report two weeks ago. It makes for dismal reading but the bulls can probably find the good bits. Cloudtag Active UK is still active.https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07824765/filing-history

With the appointment of new non-exec director, Gyor Levy, yesterday CTAG also announced the immediate resignation of FD, John Wakeley of Bermuda. All of the directors except Amit have now left the sinking ship.New director, Gyor Levy, has an amazingly small digital footprint - almost invisible. Log, Nod,

IMHO it's a large red flag if a company is registered in one of those jurisdictions!

We simply don't know the difference between the regulations in those countries (small islands in fact) and our own, so there is little transparency. And that of course is the whole purpose of registering there.

Handy for being able to call AGM's / EGM's offshore too, helps limit the attendance, especially when you start at 08.30!

I think a UK registration should be mandatory for anyone listing on AIM, if you want our money you play by our rules, or go somewhere else.

As someone else said earlier, this is Amit's company now, unless it relists, he makes the rules. I hope if he sells more shares he does it at a decent price.

Sorry after writing BVI I realised it was Cayman. I was confusing CTAG with another company. Same applies though. Absolutely no way of seeing what is going on or holding directors to account.

These AIM rascals argue it's for tax purposes but that's not the case.

I believe Cloudtag Inc is registered in Cayman Islands (not BVI).I have tried to get records on a Cayman Islands company but was informed I had to buy the information and didn't know what info I would get for my money so didn't bother. The primary reason companies list in Cayman Islands is for secrecy and protection from litigation. Some argue that it is done for tax reasons, yet most companies never report a profit so it can't be for tax reasons.

goldbullion,

You were long AERO!

I remember Stig's post at the time where you stated you were a holder one day, and then the next after a placing and price crash, you announced you had sold the previous day!

Many people on ADVFN claim good calls, but always retrospectively! People never mention their sells at the time, only after the event, funny that.
