15/5/2017 17:32 | So when is Ctag going to save the NHS from all these dodgy viruses? | knigel
15/5/2017 17:31 | Andy There you go, that is all it takes, an email or a call and you can get somewhere. It is a little different for actual shareholders though, who register for the online facility. Unfortunately as you have never held shares in Cloudtag, you will never get to use that service. 8/10 for effort, praise where it is due and earned. GB | goldbullion
15/5/2017 16:31 | GoldBullion, RE your comment earlier re the registrars, I emailed tham and have just received this. I have redacted the lady's name. --- Please be advised that we have suspended provision of services to CloudTag Inc. If you have any queries regarding this company’s register, please contact them directly using the following details: CloudTag UK Investor Relations Phone: +44 (0) 20 7052 8469 UK Investor Relations Email: investors@cloudtag.c Regards, Computershare --- Anyone ringing that number goes to a call centre, where they take your message and nobody ever returns the call! | andy
15/5/2017 16:29 | WShak15 May '17 - 15:38 - 663 of 666 1 0 (premium) :-) LOL! | andy
15/5/2017 16:27 | WShak Bravo old chap. Would you be kind enough to inform Mr Lorry that I will only be staying at the mild level. Unless provoked by his inability to post factually relevant posts here. I usually have a three strike rule, but in his case I have increased that bar to a 20 rule. He has improved though, my constant snipes at him are now registering, and he has started to google pre instead of post. It all helps, no need to thank me. GB | goldbullion
15/5/2017 15:44 | >Personally, I'd take personal attacks as a badge of honour. Here is a badge for you then | loglorry1
15/5/2017 15:02 | Is this the start of an bromance here, how very exciting. GB | goldbullion
15/5/2017 14:44 | After reading WShak's post I have realised I've been a little petulant and not taking GBs posts as they were intended so I've taken him off filter. Also to be fair he did point out that the NHS are indeed daft enough to do such business thus proving me wrong. Sounds like the sort of organisation that would allow thousands of PCs running Windows XP to get infected with a virus. | loglorry1
15/5/2017 14:43 | WShak I have given you a green uptick for that 657 post. That was the magnitude of my gratefulness. GB | goldbullion
15/5/2017 14:42 | WShak I am honored old chap. Please do not leave me with some of these intellectually challenged and small time spread bet'ters. Not you Andy, see I am a good guy, just cannot take laziness and stupidity in a single post, but enough about loglorry. GB | goldbullion
15/5/2017 14:32 | Wshak, It would be great if he would lay off the personal stuff, but he always gets his dig in. Not sure why you applaud him for that, if he sticks to the subject in hand I'm sure people will want to engage with him. | andy
15/5/2017 14:28 | Blimey, looks like I'll be the only one reading goldbullion's posts at this rate. Don't worry, GB, I think you're fantastic - no chance of me filtering you. You're just misunderstood. | wshak
15/5/2017 14:20 | GB you are daft - the article is showing what a scandal it is that the NHS have paid a company registered in the Cayman Islands (and thus avoiding UK corporation tax) any money. I'm putting you on filter now anyway as I think you are just a wind up merchant. | loglorry1
15/5/2017 14:13 | www.ieyenews.com/wor corporatewatch.org/n This is just from page 1 of a google search request. Before you make those types of comments loglorry, engage or research first. You have been told about this before, have you not. GB | goldbullion
15/5/2017 12:57 | No need for a business in the UK. I'm sure the NHS would be happy to do business with a Cayman Island company directly :-) | loglorry1
15/5/2017 12:50 | Nod - there is no educating the deluded!! The facts are quite clear to me, if CT Technology Services Ltd is closing down then there is no business as CloudTag Active has already been wound down!! Lets face it, still no product on any shelf, after endless 'great' exhibitions, etc.. etc.. | adventurous
15/5/2017 12:28 | Nod I cannot do all the research for you. Start by finding out how many employees and directors (and I am not counting contractors) were on Cloudtag Active books first. There's a good chap, run along. GB | goldbullion
15/5/2017 11:48 | Goldbullion, your statement is significantly incomplete and thereby intentionally misleading.Cloudtag' | nod
15/5/2017 09:49 | Good reading material on this board over the weekend, great comedy material. What you people were serious? I thought this was a place for serious discussion, how Andy has let this incompetent rabble on here is unbelievable. Mind you Andy seems to be so easy led by some clowns on here, I always like to research facts first. Some funny nuggets here The operations, employees and directors of CloudTag Active Limited have, during the course of this year, been transferred to CT Technology Services Limited Guess what old chap, the two directors (who are also employees and operations) were transferred to CT Technology Services Limited. Not really rocket science, but harder for some on here to grasp. And this one from our very own Andy is a blast To participate in a future placing when there is no way to verify the shareholder register would be a leap of faith too far for a prudent investor, IMO. Do a bit of research dear, start with where the shares are held and at times issued. One clue, it starts with R and ends with R. Let me know once you have something to report back, should not take you too long. GB | goldbullion
15/5/2017 00:53 | BBMS, it's odd that CT Technology Services is closing given that all employees, directors and operations were transferred to this entity only a few months ago. This is yet another example that CTAG is really closing down and the recent e-health news is a scam.15 December 2016 (RNS on return from suspension, more details on CT Tech are in the RNS, extract)CT Technology Services Limited was incorporated in England and Wales on 2 June 2016 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on 22 June 2016. The purpose of CT Technology Services Limited is to facilitate the ongoing development of the Company's technology. The operations, employees and directors of CloudTag Active Limited have, during the course of this year, been transferred to CT Technology Services Limited. CloudTag Active is being wound down. | nod |
