23/5/2017 09:44 | GB, What is your motivation for constantly defending a twice suspended company where the nomad walked, that was ramped to high heaven by an organised gang, that has all the hallmarks of a stock promotion, that has been booted off the stock market permanently & one where the suckered in mugs have lost all of their 'investment', some in life changing amounts? Can't you find any decent, genuine companies you could become an apologist for? | bbmsionlypostafter
23/5/2017 09:19 | Andy I meant the content of the update, any comment from you. GB | goldbullion
23/5/2017 09:12 | GB, No, it's relevant to CTAG, not too long, and informative, so fine by me. Post #750 is way too long, and I think everyone on CTAG knows about the AE action by now, as many of the holders crowdfunded it! So need for such a long repeat. Given that CTAG is unlisted, TW cannot do it any damage, it's up to the BOD to produce the goods now. | andy
23/5/2017 08:55 | Andy Any comment on the 749 post? you normally jump in with both feet on negative news, but are unduly quiet on the latest update old chap. I like you now, as you do speak straight from the hip. GB | goldbullion

22/5/2017 20:31 | Interesting post on the LSE! "Hex You may have called the CTAG / ABH ramp correct. Those who are now locked in have called it correct too" | andy
22/5/2017 17:35 | goldbullion, The tactic of burying posts you don't want others to read by posting lengthy pieces nobody would normally read is as old as ADVFN! The normal BB etiquette is to post the link to the information, so that people can choose if they want to read the content or not. It's OK to post a snippet to gain interest, and then a link to the full article, but not a long article like that. It's the same for RNS, no need to post the whole thing, just the link. Most, if not all reading this thread are already very aware of that content, it's been going on for months and many CTAG holders contributed to AE's funding for his legal costs v TW! Is it "a manhood measuring competition"? Well I have noticed TW and share price have desisted in their comments towards AE/WRN of late, so maybe there is some merit, who knows? | andy
22/5/2017 16:43 | Andy Not that old if you look at post number 730 and 747, would you not agree old chap. For me as an avid reader and participant of this fine thread, I enjoyed reading that information. This chap Earley looks a resourceful character, what do you think Andy, is it just a manhood measuring competition, or does it have merit. GB | goldbullion
22/5/2017 16:23 | bbm, Yes I realise that, it's an old trick used on here. | andy
22/5/2017 15:30 | Andy, It's a tactic used to bury inconvenient posts. | bbmsionlypostafter
22/5/2017 14:36 | As for CTAG actually ever making a profit from Onitor, in my opinion - dream on ;-) | adventurous
22/5/2017 14:34 | onceatraders, Can you please just post the links rather than the whole article? That way those with an interest can click through to read the whole article. Regulars here were already aware of the salient points. | andy
22/5/2017 11:42 | Very odd this was not posted on this thread, but here it is for those who have not seen it. Best regards John Shareholder Update 19th May 2017 CloudTag (CTAG:LN), the company that brings personal monitoring to the wellbeing, fitness and digital health markets, announces that further to the de-listing from AIM, the Crest Depository Interests (CDIs) have been cancelled and the ISIN has now been disabled in CREST and no further trade movements can be settled. Former CDI holders will be transferred to the Company’s share register held in Jersey and share certificates will be issued to those shareholders and dispatched within five business days. Any questions regarding this process should be made to the Company’s registrar, Computershare Investor Service (Cayman) Limited. The Company wishes to confirm to shareholders that CT Technology Services Ltd is a UK-based service company with UK operations and employees. CloudTag Inc., the group’s parent company in which all shareholders hold equity remains the owner of all the Company’s Intellectual Property and the centre of the commercial activities and product research. The Company has recently reviewed its structure and the management requirements of all its subsidiaries and made amendments where necessary. The Board believe that it is in the best interests of all shareholders that Mr. Ben-Haim should focus his attention solely as CEO of CloudTag Inc. and delivering the Onitor Track product to market. CloudTag is pleased to announce that it has received delivery of Onitor Track devices from its Manufacturing facility in Malaysia. These products are being delivered to its UK distributors and the US distributor with whom the Company is currently engaged and will be circulated. CloudTag is also pleased to announce that David He, Chief Strategy and Data Officer will be representing CloudTag attending CES Shanghai on 7-9 June, during which meetings with potential partners will take place. The Company will continue to provide updates to shareholders via the website with regards to Cloudtag’s product, operations and working capital. | onceatraders

22/5/2017 10:34 | Re: 730. giantsquid appears to be Aberdeenman, the notorious LSE CTAG ramper & serial attendee of electronic shows around the world, posting under one of his many IDs. CTAG Shorters pain 12 Dec '16 I have posted this several times, but the dangers of shorting cannot be overstated in case you missed it earlier, the below is how much the shorters losses can rack up if there is a gap up on Monday, could be some bankrupts if that happens! For the £500 per point below, that short could be opened for less than £2000, some shorters may be in for a lot more. I wonder how they will face their families this Xmas if this gaps up to 60p or higher? If it was me I would not be sleeping at night.... Some sums to remind the shorters how much they might lose on Gap up: £100 per point Gap up to 30p = £1700 'extra' losses Gap up to 40p = £2700 'extra' losses Gap up to 50p = £3700 'extra' losses Gap up to 60p = £4700 'extra' losses £200 per point Gap up to 30p = £3400 'extra' losses Gap up to 40p = £5400 'extra' losses Gap up to 50p = £7400 'extra' losses Gap up to 60p = £9400 'extra' losses £300 per point Gap up to 30p = £5400 'extra' losses Gap up to 40p = £8100 'extra' losses Gap up to 50p = £11400 'extra' losses Gap up to 60p = £14100 'extra' losses £400 per point Gap up to 30p = £6800 'extra' losses Gap up to 40p = £10800 'extra' losses Gap up to 50p = £14800 'extra' losses Gap up to 60p = £18800 'extra' losses £500 per point Gap up to 30p = £8500 'extra' losses Gap up to 40p = £13500 'extra' losses Gap up to 50p = £18500 'extra' losses Gap up to 60p = £23500 'extra' losses £1000 per point Gap up to 30p = £17,000 'extra' losses Gap up to 40p = £27,000 'extra' losses Gap up to 50p = £37,000 'extra' losses Gap up to 60p = £47,000 'extra' losses And all for less than a ~ £5k stake (for £1000 per point) £2000 per point Gap up to 30p = £34,000 'extra' losses Gap up to 40p = £54,000 'extra' losses Gap up to 50p = £74,000 'extra' losses Gap up to 60p = £94,000 'extra' losses etc... Ouch!!! Might be a very unhappy Xmas in the short households this year... Aberdeenman | bbmsionlypostafter
22/5/2017 06:57 | Noddy Your 744 post is an absolute cracker, when you look at your posting history. 178 posts on CTAG since the company de-listed. Sad and wasteful you say old chap? GB | goldbullion
21/5/2017 20:11 | GB wrote: "I cannot believe I am sat here on a Sunday afternoon, correcting you again, have you no shame old chap."What a sad and wasteful life you have. | nod
21/5/2017 13:22 | Nod21 May '17 - 02:03 - 731 of 741 0 0 Andy, yes, it seem odd to hold the share register in Jersey when the company registrar is Computershare Investor Service (Cayman) Limited. Is it a mistake by Amit? I thought Noddy was the most informed and researched poster on CTAG. Well the above is a school boy statement. Whatever next, full marks for the swift correction by others less informed and less researched. GB | goldbullion |
