Sorry, intersredparty.
I’ve been away and haven’t bothered logging in.
Spoke to the solicitors yesterday who have informed me that progress is being made slowly.
Apparently they have some useful information which they couldn’t disclose which l found odd as l have signed a confidentiality document.
No news on the QC working pro bono yet which would be ideal
Put it this way, the last time l dealt with a QC it took three years to sort out believe it or not but had a very positive outcome for me.
Hopefully one of the old staff members has come forward???
Will keep you informed of any updates.

Duncandisorderly, I HAVE posted before, and frequently, around the delisting, under several Interested Party banners (different numbers as I kept getting logged out and had to create new Interested Party accounts)...scroll back and see. When I saw your post last week or so, I had to create yet another Interested Party account since after months of inactivity, I was logged out again. I’m sure this is purely my tech ignorance not ADVFN’s fault...I just couldn’t remember my old user name/number so started another new account to be able to reply to you. . I am prepared to take YOU at face value, please do same? All best and good luck, if I can be if any assistance please do tell me.

Guys, if you think l am going to disclose any information you are seriously mistaken until you have signed up with the solicitors.
You have to fit a certain criteria and have proof of amount lost and when you had bought the shares as they will only deal with persons who have lost a certain amount.
I am privy to information which l am certainly not going to disclose on a public forum as those dev#ous sh*ts the Duncan’s could be watching or the fall guy,overpaid,jobs worth Gibbon could be scanning.
I noticed that the Duncan’s have already got another business (ahemmm) up and running.
I wonder if that will get floated with potential millions and billions coming in.?????????

I certainly think all avenues should be explored...we might then get some closure. Lost a fortune backing this one, so a pro bono approach by lawyers would be good. Duncandisorderly, what more can you tell us?
