Duncan, Have you been in touch with Williamtrollevenleyblesstara? He is good for a few bob. Unfortunately the Judge may not take kindly to that.

There could be some awkward questions like " When did you first become aware that this was a POS company?"

If the Duncans have Directors liability insurance you would effectively be sueing an insurance Co who have deep pockets. What about the cost implications of losing?

Apparently the solicitors seem to believe that the Q.C may even do it pro bono initially but will obviously want more coming out the other side.
I will keep everyone informed on that particular fact later on as that would obviously make a huge difference.

Good Luck with that duncan but is it wise to take the risk and throw good money after bad, as the courts are not very clued up when it comes to these matters, in fact from experience a lot of judges have trouble with maths, and are baffled and hoodwinked by dishonest people that portray figures in very imaginative ways.

To whom this may concern.
After speaking to solicitors for the last four months and now after speaking to a Q.C l have now decided to prosecute Mr and Mrs Duncan together with Mr Gibbon.
If anyone still comes to this site and is interested in also taking action can they leave contact details for the solicitors to get in contact with you.
Apparently after doing their due diligence they are extremely confident there is a case to answer to.
Apparently we a have a six week window for responses.
Thank you
