10/8/2018 22:29 | Just my pretty newbie view - I see CLG as a takeover target and it’s on my long list. Unlike most other co, members of the board are actually owner of the business and they are having sizable stake in the company - they believe in it. I hope I will be right again like I got with CMBN or maybe, it would just be another expensive lesson. | actiboomz
09/8/2018 18:04 | Will trickle down lower ! Real shame! | squire007
09/8/2018 12:02 | LGEN announcement, good or bad? | bazza16

08/8/2018 19:46 | That’s a mighty large drop, can’t see it happening, this is a good company, with security in their vehicles ie tracking cameras.everything customers require.I think clg.will be worth quite a bit more than it is now. | albert3591
08/8/2018 18:30 | It's been shorted. Looks like a lot of support at 280-290 so hopefully the shorts will close and a nice bounce is in order. | norsewebster
08/8/2018 14:50 | So tempted to get another 1500 shares,do I wait that is the question,probably wait till Friday. | albert3591
08/8/2018 13:31 | Dont think 2 directors would buy nearly £1 m worth of shares if there was a major problem - do you ?? | superadams
08/8/2018 10:43 | Not enjoying this current time in clipper, something will come to the fore soon hopefully, then we will see if there is a problem, or just being played with. | albert3591
02/8/2018 11:14 | hxxps://www.clipperg Zara contract doubling in size for their new deliver from store initiative, Morrisons Nutmeg (Online) contract, PLT (Clippers biggest ever contract), Browns (300%) YOY growth, electrical refurbishment contract extended with Amazon in Germany, Inditex brands launching with Clicklink, Morrisons wholesale contract, Neon Sheep contract same group as rapidly growing Mountain Warehouse, Pep&Co store count increased massively & 1-2 new sites opening in Poland.....just to name a few updates for the future! | curryfingers
31/7/2018 22:22 | Looking like it’s starting to become a common problem, companies deliberately running down their prospects share price falls 20% and directors fill their boots. Ccc did something similar recently. | mauricemonkey
31/7/2018 19:11 | Got to hand it to david hodkin. Well played.Sells millions worth of shares at 430p to appease IIs appetite a few months ago. Then puts a little bit of doubt in results RNS about the retail sector struggling next year, even though the internet retail is totally a different beast. Picks up another 3/4 millions shares at low 300s. Well played. Glad I averaged down from 440 to 360s yesterday and I'm following the money. May be wrong but boohoo contract is massive and already proven that they grow year on year | norsewebster
30/7/2018 12:42 | Personal marker for add to recovery? watchlist at 312/314 - Need to do a heap of DD as 1st time an alert triggered for this coy. | pugugly
30/7/2018 12:30 | Very low quality of earnings reported by Clipper today. The PBT of £17.97m was boosted by 'other net gains' of £2.4m, principally profits on property disposals. Strip these out & the Net Profit would have been £12.34m. Analysts were forecasting £19m for y/e April 2019 - which implies huge profit growth of 54% to be in line with the current years expectations. I'd expect 20-30% profit downgrades to come in the next few days | pj0077
30/7/2018 10:45 | The price was high so no margin for error. According to N+1 Singer they missed expectations of EPS 16.5p - actual 14.2p. Market pretty brutal these days. | podgyted
30/7/2018 10:38 | Update was OK, perhaps the price was just wrong, despite the fall today the shares hardly look cheap on paper. | eastbourne1982
30/7/2018 10:36 | Maybe a tree shake? Someone trying to get a load of these on the cheap?I see nothing wrong with the update. | bazza16
30/7/2018 10:29 | Hi PJ I was thinking the same as you. The only thing I can find is this - "The board is confident of continued progress in the year ending April 2019. It notes weaker economic conditions, particularly in certain parts of the retail sector where there are widely reported headwinds." Other than that I thought results were quite good. Anyone else got any thoughts? I don't have any shares but might just get some. mf46 | marfox46
30/7/2018 10:24 | Anything to do with new look in the offing, maybe some news coming out about further problems.BWDIK. | albert3591
30/7/2018 10:21 | Well that seems an over-reaction in the share price!! (And painful too - I've been gradually building up my holding over the past couple of years and ALL my buy prices are above the current price.) I really cannot see anything in the results that warrants such a drop in price today - I think Clipper still looks a good bet for the future. Anyone got a clue as to what I may have missed? Cheers, PJ | pj fozzie
30/7/2018 09:18 | Top up time. | bazza16
30/7/2018 09:00 | decent company but valuation all wrong | tsmith2
20/6/2018 13:50 | hxxp://www.propertyn Clipper have extended the Poznan site either for Westwing or for ASOS European returns or for a potential new contract. They have now taken a facility much larger on the same site and in discussions to take even more! Great news especially with respect to the European expansion. | curryfingers
18/6/2018 17:32 | Does somebody know something we don't with that late reasonably big buy, i hope it's some sort of good news. I think/hope Clipper will smash my prediction of 410-420million revenue in a months time when they release their results. I also hope their Clicklink click and collect JV with John lewis has onboarded some new partners, especially after pass my parcel are closing down operations after it being too costly. | curryfingers |
