22/11/2017 09:25 | If the winding up is to go ahead what exactly is this land worth to CLP after any further costs? Anyone done any calculations or even understand them? | nick rubens
21/11/2017 14:43 | I take that back, Mr 777k and 632k sold both lots at a loss within 4 hrs. DC | daicaprice
21/11/2017 13:56 | 7m buys v 2.5m sells by my reckoning, with some nice big buys by people with a greater knowledge I hope. DC | daicaprice
21/11/2017 11:29 | appeal just prolonging the agony and allowing a few more to exit on any false spikes imho | brando69
21/11/2017 10:08 | 1m buys @.899 hidden on sell side, back over 1p in no time. DC | daicaprice
21/11/2017 09:51 | so how long will appeal take before its heard? | temmujin
21/11/2017 09:36 | Get in there, should shut a few up. DC | daicaprice
21/11/2017 09:21 | KNIGEL Once again I have been proven wrong! Good luck on the appeal outcome to all CLP holders. 21 November 2017 Clear Leisure Plc ("Clear Leisure" or "the Company") Mediapolis Update Following the announcement of 27 October 2017 regarding the decision of the Ivrea Court to rule in favour of the winding up petition of the local prosecutor against Mediapolis Srl, the Board, subsequent to the formal receipt of such decision, announces that the Company and Mediapolis Srl have jointly appealed the judgement to the Appeal Court of Turin. -ends- | mylands
20/11/2017 11:39 | can't be hear for the money; must just enjoy the ambiance of the BB... | brando69
20/11/2017 11:29 | 'Personally in no hurry to sell' - a brave man. Good luck. | mylands
20/11/2017 08:55 | I reckon we will get an update soon. I see that you are still watching. I know from experience that even when you sell out it's tough not to keep monitoring in case another opportunity arises. Personally in no hurry to sell. | knigel
20/11/2017 08:49 | knigel With the lack of any statement that I have seen from the company since the court ruling to say they were appealing, seems to me to be unlikely. But then I thought the appointment of a nomad was never going to happen within the time limit to retain their AIM status and how wrong I was! | mylands
19/11/2017 14:41 | Unless there is an appeal....... | knigel
18/11/2017 18:23 | I was a holder but sold my last 200k back in October at 1.02p. I've continued to watch the unhappy saga unfold and was very surprised that they have actually managed to retain their AIM status by appointing a new Nomad. I presume a large proportion of the 8 million traded yesterday are by shorters closing their positions. I can't see that many punters wanting to buy this now that the court case has gone against them, and on which the hopes of many for a re-rating have come to nothing. | mylands
17/11/2017 17:37 | IYO others see 2.5p NAV but a 0.75p share price wtf! | knigel
17/11/2017 16:50 | How disappointing to see this reinstated (again); I can't imagine anyone wanting to buy the shares. Even the Swiss Roll investor must be regretting the coffee shop chat that led them to invest. There is negligible net asset value here and not much in the way of "jam tomorrow capital" either. | longshanks
17/11/2017 15:54 | up she goes | falia
17/11/2017 15:41 | 6m traded in 40 minutes, early buyers now taken their profit and a steady climb up can start next week. DC | daicaprice
17/11/2017 15:40 | you can do both | falia
17/11/2017 15:35 | No stampede as no one really can buy or sell. | babbler
17/11/2017 15:30 | i had to buy, boom boom | falia |
