27/10/2017 15:55 | I would expect an "all time low". And for this company that is actually really saying something. Truth is - no one really knows now how this is going to pan out. Does the court appointed receiver now put the land on the market and then promptly sell it to some cronies for £4m? Or does the receiver first seek a commitment from local government to honour the planning permission such that a more fruitful outcome can be sought for creditors. If the first option, then the likely returns to Mediapolis shareholders will not amount to much and - by virtue - will mean even less comes back to CLP. If the second then there is a chance that CLP will by my estimates get enough back to return 90p in ever £1 of today's share valuation. Naturally the current BOD won't want to do that and instead will spin some new snake oil scheme. My hope though is that there is no NOMAD, no relisting, RKB is appointed Chairman and we liquidate ASAP.One thing is guaranteed. Whichever crook (and it will be a crook or paternity of crooks) that ends up owning the land, they will miraculously end up getting planning permission passed through effortlessly.Who does one complain to: the Italian ambassador, one's MP? Doesn't matter - nothing will be done - you will get a mealy mouthed response and a shrug of the shoulders whoever you turn to. Corruption is still alive and well in the 21st century. | longshanks
27/10/2017 15:29 | What share price when trading resumes ( Nomad pending etc) after this valuation on the land? | nick rubens
27/10/2017 14:55 | So a corn field with questionable planning permission rights actually has a value of under £4m.Doesn't quite square with the oft regurgitated valuation of £30m+Looks like a "game over" scenario is panning out: the pantomime horse is about to get shot for being so lame. | longshanks
27/10/2017 13:55 | Court case ruled against. | babbler
26/10/2017 09:37 | They have until 20th November to appoint a NOMAD. Failure to do so by then means removal from AIM. The silence is deafening except for the ticking clock. | mylands
24/10/2017 15:42 | Brando Surely you need to consult the wife before trying to offload her to Cawkwell?? | oxs
24/10/2017 13:41 | Dear Fatty, Are you only interested in loose male holders, or will you also be entertaining offers from loose women? | brando69
23/10/2017 15:58 | Gentlemen, I remind loose holders that I am prepared to buy. Try cawkwell@btinternet. Simon Cawkwell | simon cawkwell
23/10/2017 13:31 | When it comes to this one the only bit that is not fake is our losses | vauch
23/10/2017 13:08 | I hear it could be fake news!!!! | k1ngkonggb
23/10/2017 13:03 | Well LSE is very active re "news" on court decision | knigel
19/10/2017 17:34 | Cancellation doesn't mean you lose your investment it just means liquidity of the shares becomes negligible; you won't be able to easily buy or sell them. If it comes to pass that we have no listing, the court decision will have next to know impact as it won't immediately change cash generation. If we still have a listing, and there is a positive court outcome, then "future hope" would cause a surge in the share price but a lot less than some of the resident fantasists dream of. I am ambivalent about whether the listing is cancelled or not. I want the promised 2p dividend but am not holding my breath. If the shares are cancelled then it is probably important to have a collective small shareholder representation at the board level to prevent them screwing us over. To that effect I would support a motion to promote RKB as Chairman. But I would support that whether we have a listing or not. | longshanks
19/10/2017 16:23 | Being the realist that I am I can see these getting cancelled. Sorry folks. | induna123
19/10/2017 13:31 | KNIGEL Time will tell if they succeed. For the sake of the long-suffering shareholders I hope they do. | mylands
19/10/2017 13:06 | mylands, and CLP are talking to a replacement! Why do you feel the need to keep talking this company down? | knigel
19/10/2017 10:06 | Spotted in FT small ads: "Italian floozy seeks wandering nomad of dubious morals" | brando69
19/10/2017 09:53 | Lol Simon.....:-))) | mrphiljones
19/10/2017 09:44 | KNIGEL Checked the RNS list this morning and only two other companies appear to have been affected by ZAI being removed by the exchange as a NOMAD, Northwest Investment Group (NWIG) and Ukproduct Group (UKR) that trades in Ukranian branded dairy foods and beverages and trades at a loss. Sounds familiar? | mylands
19/10/2017 08:58 | Clp are not the only company suspended due to this Nomad issue today.. if no news by early November then will get worried | knigel
19/10/2017 08:56 | SC Brave, or foolish man. | mylands
19/10/2017 08:44 | On balance, I am a buyer at, say, 0.8p. Shd anyone want to sell off the register please contact me. Simon Cawkwell | simon cawkwell
19/10/2017 08:40 | Problem is that a previous Nomad resigned, the last one would seem to have "issues" comparable to CLP's, so would any respectable Nomad want to become associated? It seems odd that there should be "discussions". We need a Nomad. This is our price. Ok we'll take you. That is what I would expect. Any "discussions" must mean there are additional questions/conditions being raised. We need payment up frontWho exactly are the individuals representing the largest shareholders I wouldn't be surprised if they fail to appoint a Nomad. | longshanks
19/10/2017 08:39 | KNIGEL IMO no advisor will take this job on while the court ruling is up in the air. If the ruling does not come out within one month from now then it's all over for the retention of an AIM quote. The only hope for shareholders is a positive ruling well before the 20th November to give time for a NOMAD to assess the situation and then agree to take on the role. In my view, by no means a certainty. | mylands
19/10/2017 07:36 | They are talking to a replacement. Remember this is not their fault. Their existing nomad got kicked off the market. Not worried (yet) | knigel
19/10/2017 07:22 | we can still get our pound of flesh..either way | temmujin |
