12/10/2017 14:58 | I think our resident fantasist should sell his last 500k again it's worked wonders for the share price numerous times now....:-))) | mrphiljones
12/10/2017 14:49 | They are happy as Larry to load up their war chest around the 1p mark, why would that be I wonder? DC | daicaprice
11/10/2017 13:00 | oh dear oh dear oh dear feel sorry for those who hung on here (apart from phillys of course) | brando69
11/10/2017 12:00 | Oh dear oh dearThe pantomime continues. If there is one good thing about this stock it is the keystone cops like comic amateurism of their ongoing existence. Call me sick, but I get a good regular chuckle out of the company's news flow and persistent fake optimism from some of the supporters on this bulletin board. | longshanks
11/10/2017 09:30 | Yes, and I wonder how many who have traded this morning were unaware of the after hours announcement yesterday evening. | mylands
11/10/2017 09:26 | Rns out. Theres your comments... | babbler

11/10/2017 08:27 | No announcement from the company to allay the fears of shareholders, with the result a falling share price Holders should check ZAI Finance to see why they are no longer the nomad, and if KNIGEL is correct there must be many other AIM companies in the mire over losing their advisor. | mylands
11/10/2017 07:34 | MYLANDS - there are 10-20 AIM companies effected by this - does it reflect badly on them too? This is an event beyond the company's control - of course though getting a new Nomad has to happen a s a p .. but no reason why these companies should not be able to make a new appointment | knigel
10/10/2017 22:46 | My my, I seem to have struck raw nerves! Why the venom just pointing out the obvious? Of course it’s the nomad and not the company but it reflects badly on the company making any new appointment more difficult to achieve. This may all be academic if the court judgement goes against the company. Then it’s over for CLP, with or without a nomad. | mylands
10/10/2017 21:44 | Appears to be a "I want to buy in lower" poster | knigel
10/10/2017 20:42 | Wait until 8am tomorrow before making such pronouncements. Don’t ignore what the Exchange gave as their reasoning ‘failure to meet on a continuing basis the nomad eligilbity criteria’. That’s really damming and will scare off other nomads who won’t want to be associated with a company that accepts such a lack of compliance. | mylands
10/10/2017 20:16 | With the huge questionmark hanging over the future of the company while it waits for the court decision, I would have thought nomads would want to steer well clear of CLP at the moment. Turbulent times. | mylands
10/10/2017 20:03 | Seems like a number of AIM companies will be effected by this ... CLP should update the market asap but hopefully getting another Nomad should be no problem.. | knigel
10/10/2017 18:40 | Typical of this outfit that they release at 6.15pm an RNS that states their Nominated Advisor has been removed by the Exchange: "Pursuant to Nomad Rule 11, the Exchange has determined to remove the nominated adviser status of ZAI Corporate Finance Limited ("ZAI") for failure to meet, on a continuing basis, nominated adviser eligibility criteria as set out in Nomad Rule 2." The Company now has until October 19th to appoint an advisor. Failure to do that by then will result in the shares being suspended. They then will have one month to appoint an advisor. If by November 20th they have not done so the shares will cancelled! What price will they open at in the morning? Well below 1p in my view. | mylands
10/10/2017 08:11 | FWIW Evil Knievel bought CLP last week, reckons fair value 1.5 - 1.75, I don't follow the bloke but I do get their daily email which sometimes has interesting articles, anyway he apparently used to be a barrister so might have some insight as to the likely outcome. | paleje
09/10/2017 09:23 | Taken from the end of the RNS on Sept 29th. The last few words should be seen as a 'health warning' and NOT ignored! Francesco Gardin, CEO and Executive Chairman of Clear Leisure, commented, "Although we are, obviously, hoping for a favourable ruling as a result of both the new evidence Mediapolis' lawyers submitted to the Court today and that tendered over the past months, the outcome remains in the hands of the judges." | mylands |
