I think CLP must be serious about the 'bitcoin' venture. No point jumping on a bandwagon for the sake of it and we can't deny that bitcoin and block chain is real and seemingly growing. But I can't get my head to understand it. lol

The spike is mostly caused by panicky day traders, who need to quickly sell again and find the next day trade, hence the market value settles down to what patient investors think it's worth.

Nick - i agree with you there. But the crooks are just trying to ride on the Bitcoin sentiment and am surprise that some season investors are even listening to them.

I think, one has to accept a more longer term nature of this new business venture with reference to bitcoin. It's basically just on paper at the moment and the value of it's prospects will be in line with the market value of bitcoin, which looks over the top to me. How soon can they be up and running?

I'd rather they concentrate on the upcoming land issues (court appeal). Hopefully they are not diverting too much attention away from this.

well ive bought..mate was telling me yesterday to buy...lol and in the conversation rns comes and share price goes from 0.7p to 1.7p?:)

lol so got in this morning...only 300mill odd shares in issue and almost 50mill odd traded yesterday...sellers who top sliced are free shares so they will hold...and those who completely sold will be looking for reenty...so best get them when can buy volume..first buy was mine and 2 buys later couldnt buy..so took the 500k...now like many sitting seeing they drop it to get more...but guess will be everyone doing the same:) including mm's

Good for the company to be showing that they're looking for investments.
This has been about trying to recoup money etc, for too long.
People holding for a while, bailed out, whether that was the right thing to do,at this time, who knows, we'll see.

I noticed lots on lse saying they had bailed out today having been holding for a couple of years. 1.4 bid seemed to be the trigger.
