by the press. Anymore and I will be sending the chancellor
and the Mr Bailey some emails. I communicated with Mr Bailey
regarding the shorting ban earlier this year and he replied.

NopeIt's positive for my CNK holding Just as when I first invested in CINE it then had a strong balance sheet and out competed against the over-levered and under-invested Odeon So now CNK are going to compete against a zombie CINE creaking under the weight of its credit card debt The greeter competitive threat to CNK would be a post admin CINE with a robust balance sheet and fresh cash equity

I'm not short - and haven't been short Cine If it bounces high enough it could be tempting though I'm just pointing out what the cost of the new debt is - or is likely to be - that's a relevant fact - make of it what you will - but as a shareholder you should know

Yes, as said I continue to buy, shorts should close otherwise
their investors will be asking why not.

Hopefully the US investors will be supporting the good news
and excellent cine management for sorting things out in
these very, very difficult times, but they have shown fantastic
leadership and should be applauded.

In response to a question about social distancing, do you really believe things will return to normal, I doubt it and the Govt. has already stated that essential and most vulnerable folk will be vaccinated sooner rather than later. However training people and carrying out mass vaccination is a vast operation, and despite reserving millions of doses, more are still required. We also know that it is likely boosters will be required annually until Covid-19 eradicated, which is highly unlikely. Ok so the NHS may not be exposed to the possibility of being overwhelmed.
I am not a believer in this hysteria, or social distancing and am quite happy to sit in a pub talking to folk outside the so-called bubble, and have been throughout. However try telling that to the scientists, if they had their way this will never be overcome entirely such is their influence. Going to the movies is an experience, so will always be popular, on the basis that Joe Public is free to decide upon their own fate!

I feel the shorters will be steadily reducing so can close
at around here, if they all ran to close at 8am, the price
would have been alot higher, so a steady move higher over
the week and months will do me, we shall see.
Although I do not like the shorting hedge funds practice I accept they
are very intelligent individuals.
