The higher the share price more chance of getting something decent away
and raise more money.

A lot of nonsense being sprouted on here by people with agenda. Great trading to be had here and this along with every other bombed out stock is absolutely a vaccine play.. that’s why it doubled duh.

My guess is the price will hold around 40p tomorrow and Rights Issue will leak over the weekend?
If nothing leaks it will be debt for equity swap.

Only the strong will survive

In all fairness all retail and entertainment are a vaccine play.

Interesting morning,

Most PIs thought this was a vaccine play.
It never was.
It helps but did not provide any solution but too many PIs just believe the nonsense posted on every BBs.
Today’s open price rise of 52p was just ..................given the news and today’s trading.
Let’s see.

I really think this is due to private investors behaving irrationally and algorithms reacting.Strange but true.Time will tell but Cine has behaved irrationally many times in recent months.

So a survival plan you reckon, do you think this
is why is rose to 64p last week and opened up this morning?

Interesting morning then.

The year low is 15.64p?
Not sure they can price it at much more than that - It needs underwriting.
16p in today’s currency will be tops.

15p after a share split (they did that on HMSO recently)

Rights better for shorters as don't have to wait until admin over/close early and much easier to close shorts easier with all the trading and underwriter front running/hedging

I suspect in order to get it underwritten and yet worthwhile they will try to price it around 15p?Sadly I am not sure the share price would hold. You are right it's on Lex now but only as a likely scenario and mentions no price.

I see the Chinese white knight hope Jangho has been selling shares: 7.2% down to 5.89%. RNS'd by CINE at 4.58pm today

The way the price was being propped up today on the L2 order book I believe a rights issue is imminent.Just IMO

Worthless

Technical chart info

A close below the 100-DMA at 44.06p is likely to increase selling going forward.

New lex article in FT on Cine Suggesting shareholders will be called upon to help Which implies rescue rights - which would be at c2-5p (IMO) - as they need to be priced like that to get an "underwrite" + new equity gets to screw old equity Implies lenders lining up for - yes we will waive covenants but only if you get more equity No rights would then mean admin time (IMO) DYOR

You won’t get an RNS over this article. The board won’t entertain it.

If someone wanted to buy Cineworld they would buy a slice of the debt not buy the equity.
