Why is someone a "troll" for stating the blindingly obvious, sage/sparty?

Is one a "troll" for repeating what an Australian judge said in a court case? I haven't accused anyone of being either a "fraud, or a fantasist", but he did.

Is one a "troll" for pointing out that repeated promises that CIC Fund/CIC Capital/CIC Gold will relist by a specified time are never kept?

Is one a "troll" for highlighting the dodgy CV?

Is one a "troll" for showing a link to a local newspaper article that talks of SB employing 28,000?

Is one a "troll" for showing a link to a Canadian newspaper article that accuses SB of being a "fantasist".

Is one a "troll" for pointing out that investors like you, knowing all of this courtesy of posters on here like enfranglais & TD, still invested money in CICC & CICG?

Is one a "troll" for pointing out that the so called wonder fuel "Perfect Oil" was a complete fantasy, akin to a perpetual motion machine.

Well, i have corresponded with an `originally` Polish chap, who supposedly invested over £250k & got his friends & family to buy shed loads!! Just goes to prove that seedy second hand car salesmen have the gift of the gab!!!!!!!
Pants - i knew what i was doing & it was not investing!!! I put back my profit from the sale of my large holding (sold when i found the true nature of the beast), so that i could attend meetings & hold Stewpid to account as a shareholder. In fact, Stewpid & the directors do not attend meetings (perhaps wary of arrest warrants), as i found out when i almost went to Vancouver & found that out in advance!!!!!!!

Withdrew my "investment" at a small profit & bought £5k worth, to remain a thorn in Stewpid`s foot - though agree i could have done that without throwing away that sum!!
Rather than say anything to retrieve my `investment` (resemble that remark Pants), i will continue to warn anyone & everyone about the disgusting fraudster!!

Sensible advice. Is GENISES finally admitting he shouldn't have listened to investment advice from share_shark, a ramping, fantasist, deluded, lovesick old woman who believed everything the CEO (who she had a crush on?) told her?

share_shark must have cost those who acted on her advice dearly. For starters those who followed her advice to change their broker to Beaufort. Then those who followed her ramping advice and bought CICC shares. Plus those who followed her enthusiastic advice to buy ATC shares following on from ATC (like CICC & CICG currently unlisted) linking up with CIC Coal.

GEN is one of the good guys, it is most of the other LSE fantasists who never cease to amaze me!!! Leopards do not change their spots, especially when that includes corruption, incompetence & greed. If the magistrate called him a fantasist, she could also have added that to his followers - `the Stewpid`s`!!!!!!!

I've only got 3 shares, GENISES. Around £5k in AMYT where I'm currently about 12% down and TINY amounts of money in PVR & LOGP, which I've recently bought as another punt. I'm currently around 8% up in the former and around 7% down in the latter. FORTUNATELY NONE OF THEM ARE SUSPENDED, OR DELISTED, SO I CAN SELL THEM IF I TIRE OF THEM. I bet you wish you could sell CICC, CICG & BNN, GENISES! :-) I think you have more chance of BNN re-listing than the other two dogs.

PS. Why you bought CICC knowing they were about to be suspended from AIM because they had lost yet another Nomad (CICR/CICC seemed to make a habit of "losing" Nomads!) and had to resort to "death spiral" financing because at the end of December 2013 they only had around £40k of cash remaining (I bet you had more cash than that at the time) completely baffles me

Mixi - legal requirements have never stopped Stewpid in the past, as he skipped Australia to avoid paying the Boy Scouts what was due from the court case (perhaps he thought he was playing Monopoly & lied to get a `get out of jail free` card!!lol
We could also remind you of all the warnings & suspensions he received for late accounts from the Canadian authorities!!!!! We are also reliably informed he does not like paying bills, which might explain why he has so many resignations from auditors, advisers etc etc!!!!!!!!
If i read it right, a "legal requirement" would only be a good excuse to Stewpid for not doing something, rather than a good reason for doing something!!!!!!!
