No accounts no listing.
Looking back past history I agree.
Deals seem to come and go with no news to shareholders on what has happened.
Let’s hope communication vastly improves with the new 4 board members joining soon

Genises my starting point might be to take all the values that have been given to each share in each company and then look at their implied 'market' cap, just to get a sense check of the perceived value.

I have not had a look at the CICC results yet - when I have a moment I will. It is about piecing together the history from 2013 to 2018.

Fatboy has clearly had his arm forced to release the accounts. The accounts have to pass muster by explaining what has gone on. Will it be enough to appease the listings authorities? I do not know, but in my view he is not fit to be running a publicly listed company. There is not much comfort in that statement for existing shareholders, but that is the risk of investing.

Interesting to see a future listing of cicc fund
Scenario 6p listing on cicc capital and 60p on cicfund plus cicc gold
Sino and all the others.
Time will tell but if all happens then our investment will be worth the wait.

TD
At last the accounts for the last three years have been released at least one area of peace and quiet will ensure on this forum.

But their is still clarification on where that famous gold mine has gone in china!!
What’s happen to the companies who had paid upfront fees but don’t show up in the accounts.Did they withdraw after find out the real cicc fund company??

CIC Capital Fund.

Total Current Assets (including just £6,282 in cash!) = £3.61m (almost entirely made up of loans to CIC Capital & CIC Gold)

Total Current liabilities = £1.79m (made up of a short term loan = £481k + trade and other payables

Total Current Assets - Total Current liabilities = £1.81m

Not something to get excited about.

Yes, everything that is an investment has a risk attached to it. We will see how this pans out. Better late than never.

Mixi better late than never. It looks as though there are a couple of years missing. I suspect that the missing years have been filed but management have deemed that shareholders do not need to see them.

There will be a closing balance as at 31 Jul 13, the last half year accounts, and then the interesting bit will be the difference to the opening position. You will be pleased to hear that I will take a look when I have time.

Now Mixi I do think that you need to acknowledge that I have been telling you for years that no respectable listing authority could possibly allow anybody associated with CICC to list another company while they had not accounted for their actions at CICC.

The publishing of these accounts is potentially good news for you because some of your shares may become tradeable. The word of caution is that the old CICC has made a significant loss over its life time and the same risk exists with all of the 'CICC' kennel.

Administrators of insolvent broker Beaufort Securities freeze £800mln in client assets!!
Poor old Stewpid will be handing round the begging bowl to keep his `Cindy doll` in the manner she has become accustomed, as he had a lot of `skin in the Beaufort game`!!
Wonder if there are any more assets than can be stolen from the Mongolian people or will he just `roger` the shareholders again?!!!!! Oh, i forgot, he is trying to `roger` shareholders in implying that a "green field" in Mongolia, somehow owned by Basofgold (ex. minister of said Country), has somehow the potential to be a gold mine, as it is near another!!! That reminds me of the same statements being said about Chinese & DRC prospects, that have never be heard of again!!!!!!!!!!!!
If there has been massive fraud at Beaufort, Stewpid would have been an ideal clients, as he would have been well aligned with their objectives!!!!!!!

Mixi

Just repeating the 'bollix' from the asylum site, of which you are a fully paid up member.

This problem would not exist in a normal company because normal companies keep shareholders informed in an accountable way. Now there you go Mixi, you have got me thinking again of those 2014 accounts (and 2015,2016, 2017 and 2018)that you have never seen. Great company.

In the last round of hearsay briefings Fatboy is reported as saying 'we {CICCapital} should list in a couple of months'. (CICCapital should not be confused with CICC the formerly listed Canadian company).

For many 'should' should be OK, but when it comes to the CICC kennel, should could mean anything, but generally means nothing.

CICC was delisted in 2014 and should now have a main listing. It doesn't. CICG should have been listed but was unfortunately delisted. CICCapital should have listed last August but did not.

CICC were the beneficiaries of a couple of contracts, but the contracts were not contracts, and so it goes on.

More bollix from Fatboy.

Will a few "dodgy deals" unravel, especially if forms go out asking for "please provide us with proof of origin of funds invested"!!!!!!
I wonder if "From fraudulently altering a countries mining regulations to allow a desperate asset stripper to sell his ill gotten mining licence & pocketing the commission, less what was paid in kickbacks to the minister" - would that suffice to release funds? Oh dear, what a sorry mess he`s weaved!!!

Plenty of scope in that statement to suggest an administrative nightmare. Expect anything; one or two Directors might even be twitching.

Extracts from today's Times:

"The administrator to Beaufort Securities, the failed City broker, has warned that it could take “many months” to return cash to investors.
PWC confirmed that it expected to make substantial returns to clients after costs and that it had ringfenced £50 million in segregated client money accounts, alongside freezing close to £800 million in client assets. Nigel Rackham, joint administrator, said that the process of returning the money was unlikely to begin before mid-April."

"Beaufort invested on behalf of thousands of retail investors, issued research on companies and acted as a broker for more than 60 corporate clients. At least 14,000 clients are understood to have held shares, pensions and Isas with Beaufort."

"PWC said: “This is a very significant and complicated insolvency and . . . it could take many months to complete.
“The available funds within the firms’ own resources are very limited. Therefore, the costs of returning client money . . . will in all likelihood be deducted from clients’ recoveries.”"

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

So Beaufort's 14,000 clients are NOT going to get all their money returned. share_shark definitely sold her many followers a pup when she recommended Beauforts to them.

......anchored in fantasyland.

Post the link, but you and I know, Mixi, that they have not been published. You a shareholder are unable to share a copy of the old CICC 2014 accounts four years after the event. It comes under the heading of corporate governance and that is presumably why Fatboy is struggling to get anything to float/stay afloat. Great business model.

To help Mixi, here is the link for the 2013/14 half year accounts: uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/cic-capital-CICC/share-news/CIC-Capital-Ltd-Half-Yearly-Report/59822115

Paps, still no link to the Old CICC 2014 accounts from Mixi, despite his claims of 'lies and foul play'.

If he could provide the link it would substantiate his claim that I am a liar and generator of false news.

As ever with Mixi he cannot and, like most on the Asylum thread, his posts are anchored in fantasyland.

There are certainly some true believers on the lse CICC bb, TD. Everything the beloved leader says is treated as gospel! No matter that previous forecasts from the beloved leader have not been achieved. The true believers have very poor memories; in fact, when it comes to the beloved leader's previous forecasts they, rather conveniently, have no memory at all! LOL.

Worth noting on the Fatboy hearsay thread that it will be another couple of months to listing. It appears to be CIC Capital (not to be confused with the old CICC) that will hit this hearsay deadline.
