20/4/2018 21:32 | As always it pays to follow the money, enfranglais. I know one thing for certain and that is CICR/CICC shareholders who bought in at anytime following the listing on AIM in 2010 wont have seen that 2011 US$175m sale proceeds mentioned in any of the CICR/CICC accounts. Why? Was the US$175m sale a fantasy, or did the proceeds disappear somewhere else? Shareholders need to follow the money, because they definitely didn't see it increase the value of their shareholding. | papillon
20/4/2018 21:05 | One of the key warnings is this one: Conflicts of interest Certain Directors have other interests in the Companies wider business or in the sectors in which CIC Fund is looking to provide advice. Anyone thinking that a mega deal would go through the public company, rather than one of Stewpid`s private ones, deserves to be rogered like an Australian Boy Scout!!!!! | enfranglais
20/4/2018 13:22 | Go through the CICR/CICC accounts, lh_158036, since when they floated on AIM in 2010. Can you see any mention of that US$175m sale proceeds, because I can't. The US$175m is either a fantasy, or it went somewhere else. Don't forget just 6 months before CICC was delisted from AIM in May 2014 it had less than £40k of cash remaining. I think CICC investors need to wake up and smell the coffee! | papillon
20/4/2018 11:33 | Where did the US$175m proceeds from the sale of the gold mine in 2011 go? The mine that was acquired by CICR for US$4.2m in 2004. If you go back through the CICR/CICC accounts there is no mention of the cash. Where did it go? That's what sparty/sage and the other shareholders should be asking. The CICR/CICC Market Capital was miniscule whilst listed on AIM. Where did that US$175m go? | papillon

19/4/2018 16:52 | I'm sure share_shark "was a lovely woman", if you agreed with her. However she quickly turned into a nasty harridan if you contradicted her, especially if you contradicted her on SB, as I soon found out. She was not as "lovely" as she first appeared. | papillon
19/4/2018 14:21 | She wasn't lovely to me on the CICC bb, when I changed from being mildly bullish to being bearish of CICC, lith hetero. I was called a turncoat. Later on she turned positively nasty to me on the CICC bb. She could be really nasty, vicious and spiteful if anyone dared to criticise the love of her life, SB. When I dared to question "Perfect Oil" she bombarded me with hateful posts. I can dig up some of her spiteful past posts to me and others who dared criticise SB, if you like, because she can't edit them where she's gone! She also didn't like anyone who complained about her ramping. She might have been nice to you, but then you didn't criticise SB, or her. I go as I find. She also ramped ATC non stop when CIC Coal got involved with them. ATC was another fantasy company that delisted from AIM ages ago. EDIT. ATC was delisted from AIM almost 2.5 years ago. It's a private company now. Existing shareholders have been diluted to Hell & back. ATC was always just a piggy bank for the BoD. A bloke called Best (founder & CEO) & his wife have lived the life of Riley out of ATC and the shareholders for years & years. | papillon

19/4/2018 13:17 | I wish you and all the other long suffering shareholders in CICC & CICG the best of luck. You'll need it! :-) TD's probably got bored with the whole CICC/CICG saga. I thank my lucky stars I sold all of my CICC shares early in 2014 before they were suspended. I'm afraid smugness over my good fortune keeps me looking in on the CICC/CICG bb's. I saw the light back in early 2014. I saw through the whole CICC fantasy. The penny finally dropped with the puffery of the so called wonder fuel, "Perfect Oil", released in early 2014. The claims made went against the Laws of both Physics and Chemistry! That made me realise CICC was just a pure fantasy. EDIT: Welcome back, TD. :-) | papillon
19/4/2018 13:05 | Paps still around - just very busy at work (for all the right reasons). Sparty, still in a state of shock - but there is a toothy gap - I just do not have time to work out what is in the filling. Sadly for you I have become more cynical about Fatboy's intentions. I would love to be proved wrong (there is always a first time eh Mixi) but I do not think that it will be so. TD | the diddymen

18/4/2018 17:10 | CICC shareholders have been well and truly stitched up as the following info posted on the lse, today, shows. NOBODY who bought CICC whilst it was listed on AIM has a vote! You couldn't make it up. Barksy1 Posts: 19,217 Premium Chat Member Off Topic Opinion: No Opinion Price: 0.00 Nov 13 2009 !Today 16:06 'The Directors have set November 13, 2009 as the record date (the Record Date) for the purposes of determining those shareholders who are entitled to receive the Notice of Meeting and to vote at the Meeting. Only shareholders of record at the close of business on the Record Date will be entitled to vote in person or by Proxy at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.' Barksy states "That's me out then...?" LOL. No buddy that's everybody out who bought since it floated on AIM in 2010. | papillon
18/4/2018 16:37 | Sorry about the gaps but sometimes happens with a copy/paste!!!!! Stewpid still trying to con the world with his "made up CV", which we are told should read something like: Brought up in the back of beyond`s back of beyond, ran round with the Zulu pack, avoiding any schooling in English or good manners, flogged cheap electronic goods off market stalls & found could sell anything to everyone (but mostly once only), made a few bucks, rogered the Boy Scouts of Australia (spent a night in jail, made promises, got freed & skipped country), heard Mongolia was one of the most corrupt countries in the world, so went there to learn more, made MEGA BUCKS with the most corrupt mining minister helping Aussie mining racketeers, re-based to China (one of the most corrupt countries in the world - see the pattern here), started or hijacked various Companies & lied through teeth to get investors, kicked out of most trading exchanges, kept on trying but all hope dying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mr. Bromley was born in South Africa (Witbank coal fields) and is the seventh generation of his family to be involved in the mining industry. Mr. Bromley, who is qualified in both Civil and Process Mechanical Engineering, worked in Australia as an engineer until 1982, following which he worked with major Japanese corporations during the rapid advancement of industrial electronics in the mid-1980s. In 1989, he established an advisory firm providing international expertise in the areas of international marketing, strategic management and corporate restructuring for organizations in Japan, Russia, Central Asia, Europe and North America. Mr. Bromley has been a negotiator and strategist for Fortune 500 corporations. Through many years of experience Mr. Bromley has gained experience in legal matters in numerous jurisdictions, public company listing and compliance in Canada, US, Asia and UK, company financings and complex merger transactions. Mr. Bromley is Chairman of The Company, Tanshan Smelter Group and Co-Chairman of Sino Oil Group Limited and CIC Fuels Group Limited. Mr. Bromley is the Secretariat for the PR China Investment Council, and was appointed as Investment Attaché by the Mongolian Government Cabinet between 2002 and 2004 As we know, a prominent Canadian newspaper journalist disproved chunks of that CV, so the rest is VERY SUSPECT!!!!!!!! At least we now by court & other records, that the other CV is at least partially accurate!!!!!!!!lol | enfranglais
17/4/2018 23:17 | From the adfvn CICC bb: papillon 17 Apr '18 - 23:15 - 8625 of 8625 Edit Well it's coming up for the 4th anniversary of CIC Capital's (since renamed CIC Fund) delisting from AIM. That's a long time for shareholders! Still no light at the end of a long, very dark, tunnel. | papillon
17/4/2018 16:54 | "You create your reality with your beliefs and expectations". Very true, when you believe in a proven liar, conman, egotistical bully etc, your expectations must be low - so Stewpid has just about hit the spot!!!!!!!!! | enfranglais

Also taking over a French game distribution company and have taken over a drinks distribution company. There is so much going on with this company that it's difficult to keep up with the news. I first bought at 1.46 cents US and now at 13 cents, I think it still has a long way to go. >>>>> So Trading View charts is bullish on Amfil Tech (AMFE). However if you go on another chart web site, ichimokutrader.com go to New York stocks and input AMFE in the ticker box you get a chart for Amfil Technologies. ichimokutrader.com's opinion of the AMFE chart? STRONGLY BEARISH and they have been strongly bearish of AMFE since early March when the share price was around 14 cents. Who's charts will prove to be correct? Trading View, or ichimokutrader.com? No idea!! I wonder what chart made him invest in CICC? Whoever they were they definitely got it wrong!! LOL. 14/4/2018 13:30 | Old news, lh. Already in the public domain. Nothing new. CIC Capital became CiC Capital Fund on 24/11/2014. Something we already knew. So they have a new auditor; so what? Nothing in that link that should get existing shareholders excited. No light, yet, at the end of a long dark tunnel. | papillon |
