Pants on LSE;
Well from conversations
Fri 12:25
and past emails stewie seems VERY keen to keep shareholders on board. It would be easy to disappear somewhere like many aimer ceo`s have.Just walk away but that has not happened. The willingness to speak to and engage small shareholders is a little baffling.Other than having to have a certain small investor % on board I`m not sure what the game is but if I`m honest if it was me I`d have wound the whole mess up and borrocks to the poor shareholder.
Could be this is more about promises made to Chinese investors and "face" or rather loss of it.Cannot underestimate the importance of a seemingly trivial word in Chinese business society. Those who have worked in the old colonial parts and the Mainland will witness

Well Pants, can someone who has been locked up, been belittled by an Aussie magistrate, who lies through his teeth, cannot even hold a listing, looses assets, exaggerates by thousands his employees etc etc ever have FACE? The only face he has is TWO FACED!!!!!!!!!

It could be, enfranglais, as we know his spelling leaves a lot to be desired.

"are just miners and miners are liars."!!
This could either be true, as Stewpid claims to be a miner or it could just be that he lied just as freely as a kid & he really meant `minors`?!!lol

RE: Well from conversations Today 13:10 Sage it is puzzling. It would have been easy to walk away - unless there are other factors.

As you will have observed from my historical comments I have had little confidence in SB, and so far that judgement has been well placed.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The Australian judge accurately summed up SB in the boy scout case around 20 years ago, TD. He's either a fraud, or a fantasist, was the judge's opinion. CICC was and still is a fantasy. SB is a Walter Mitty. You only have to look at the claims he has made in the past, such as those concerning the Russian Faberge exhibition. Sheer fantasy. The 28,000 CICC employees as mentioned in the local rag in Durham. Again sheer fantasy. The wonder fuel, Perfect oil. Again pure fantasy. His claim about being some kind of special mining adviser to the Mongolian Government, a position the Mongolian Government say they know nothing about. When confronted by that fact in the Canadian newspaper article, SB gets angry and says it was a top secret position and those who say he didn't have that top secret position are just miners and miners are liars. Fantasists believe their fantasises to be true. They can't distinguish between fantasy and reality.

By the way,the bucket is the round one ,it holds water, unlike your "I bought back just to moan about stewie"story.

Hey pappy, must get very tiresome having to read all those humourless enstrangle posts and tell him how funny he is.£5k in three shares eh?Where`s the other £5k you are worth invested? Property?

Email from Stuart Tue 04:19 Email dated 27th June...........I have been away.........Results are showing a profit.
Ian,

I committed to update you and pleased to do so.

CIC Capital audited YE 31 Dec 2017 financial statements now on Website. Q1 will also be published on 3 July 2018.

(Q4 2017)

We had a small delay in publishing as we had to be carful of the capitalisation report required in Luxembourg for the company domicile change.

The re-domicile is required as Deutsche Boerse have introduced a new system (“T7”) to Xetra in summer 2017 where consequently only CCP (“central counterparty”) eligible securities/equities can be traded. Seychellen based ISIN are not declared as CCP eligible and thus could not trade on Xetra.

Interesting to note, not even the UK is not CCP eligible. This is why a lot of UK companies are going to have to follow CIC Capital but is very complex and time consuming. We are currently being asked by a number of advisors in UK to assist them based on our experiences. So good investment of our time in the process.

Kindest Regards

macnai's lse post showing the contents of an email he received from SB, dated 27th June. The email is absolutely hilarious. CIC Capital is supposed to help other companies to list on a recognised exchange, yet it can't list as it promised. It's over a year since it said it was going to list in "Luxembourg" by the end of August 2017.

The a/c's mentioned in the email (see link) are NOT for the Canadian registered company that was suspended and then delisted over 4 years ago from AIM. That company was renamed CICC Fund and is still registered in Canada. The a/c's shown are for the company that was hived off from the original, AIM listed, CICC around 3.5 years ago.

Yes, you got very lucky with 88E, GENISES. That's the problem with speculative shares; you can get lucky as you did with 88E, but more often you get unlucky as with CICC, CICG & BNN. Don't tell me your success with 88E was due to your stock picking skills. The only people guaranteed to make profits betting on speculative shares are insiders!

I only hold around £5k in 3 shares. Nearly all of that cash has been sunk into AMYT and it definitely is sinking!! Apart from very, very, slowly drifting downwards it's going nowhere. I got unlucky, but that could change when they release phase III trial results later this year, but then again I could get even unluckier! I've had a gamble on a speculative AIM share. My Chance of Success with AMYT? No idea! I'm just gambling, though I don't believe there are any convicted fraudsters, or fantasists, on the AMYT BoD

I did get very lucky around 4.5 years ago. I sold my CICC shares before they were suspended! I also got very lucky when I didn't buy BNN (previously DJI) when they were tipped to me a few years ago.

EDITED: I meant to say " I don't believe there are any convicted fraudsters, or fantasists, on the AMYT BoD". For some reason I wrote bb instead of BOD.

GEN - We are reliably informed that directly & indirectly, Stewpid & Barsofgold have been `stealing` from the Mongolian people for years. So if `the lord` exists, he/she/it will not look kindly on CICC or anything to do with the 2 barstewards (Dastardly & Mutley)!!

I hope you get your money back, GENISES, but from the content of your posts today you haven't changed. You're still the deluded Walter Mitty dreamer you've always been. Still I wish you all the best and hope you somehow make a profit out of this very complicated mess that BNN got itself into. Unfortunately most speculative AIM listed shares with Chinese and Israeli connections have a very poor record on AIM. AIM seems to be the place where fantasy companies list because it's so easy to do so and there is available a large pool of fantasist punters to tap up for funds.

I hope BNN comes good for you, but you should wait for the deal to be completed before counting your chickens (profits). You seem to think you have made a fortune already. You're a dreamer; a Walter Mitty. You believed the fairy tale that share_shark told you about CICC. You believed the promises made by SB & CICC, despite the fact that previous promises made by them had never materialised. You'll never learn.

I hope you do, GENISES. The prospective deal announced by BNN looks very complicated and will it happen? Shades of SB & CICR/CICC? Also no one yet seems to know what the deal will value BNN shares at. It could be a lot lower than the suspension price and just a fraction of what you paid for your shares. Still you believe you will emerge from this complicated deal, as a BNN shareholder, smelling of roses. You're a CICC/CICG/BNN believer, GENISES. Some may say GULLIBLE believer! :-)

Still I hope BNN comes good for you as you're not having much luck with so many suspended and delisted shares.

I have always thought the correlation between Stewpid`s useless command of the English language (hide you head in shame Sir Tom) & the awful English displayed by some LSE posters might be explained by Stewpid`s desire to `star` on the world stage!!!
Well, there are stars & there are black holes & Stewpid deserves the latter!!

GENISES. I've never held shares in FJET. In fact I've never held shares in any airline, so my timing could NOT have been better. Why you assume I held shares in FJET from my post yesterday baffles me.

The FJET share price was the equivalent of 1200p when sence2 was blatantly ramping it 5 years ago, so it definitely has been a lousy investment, but NOT for me since I have never bought any. Anybody mad enough to have bought shares ramped by sence2 (or share_shark) have lost a packet over the years.

Looks like they have finally given up all hope on the lse CICC bb, since no posts since sage's on Wednesday 20th.

Yes, you are correct, TD. FJET was a "proper company", just a lousy investment. I wonder if sage/sparty was ever an investor in FJET and how much he lost? He does like airline shares.

Paps, that looks more like a crash landing than a share price graph. Should the company be able to raise cash it will be at distressed rates and there will be little left for shareholders unable to participate. That said FJET was a proper company. Fatboy on the other hand has been at the helm of a kennel of companies that generate lalaland claims, fail to meet deadlines, and present a serious risk to shareholder wealth.
