Undecided about whether they're positive or not in the event that Indonesia defaults on payment and they hear nothing else.No mention of being positive about securing any part of the monies sought.

Forget the short term share price unless you are trading for a quick buck.

It's about the case now. To use a maritime analogy ROI are holed below the waterline, twenty degrees down at the starboard bow and sinking fast. (Isran Noor was on the first lifeboat to cast off.....)

GLA - I personally view today's RNS as all but confirmation that CHL will now prevail, whatever procedural twists and turns lie ahead.

I guess CHL" given leave to file a request for programming orders" means CHL can dictate the timetable pace to conclusion regarding submission of merits etc ? Anyone have a more knowldgeable understanding of the definition of "programming orders"?

Churchill from now on has access to raise funds for over 25p at any time, IMHO. The drag will just make us all richer. As we will be able to top up once every month.

Will the share price drift downwards now until news from Indo? If at all CHL hear from them? This could potentially take another year from now to get sorted.... Been looking at some previous case studies on the ICSID website of defaulted payments and it can still take a heck of a long time to resolve. Even then it doesnt always get sorted...

This time round the profit takers will be caught out, and will not have a third chance at buying back for around 23p. I noticed that PAT was waiting for 18p and that never happened and therefore he lost out for being a clever one to sell out for 30p the last time round.
