So as the dust is settling, next thing we should expect is either the ICSID ruling on the forgery case or the written response from ROI to ICSID in 2 weeks? Am I missing anything?

If we go the last leg of the court case alone Roi will not be able to delay it and we will go twice as quick.
The last leg will only take place if we win the forgery case anyway and then its more or less a foregone conclusion.
We will probably need funds to fight the quantum case but if we win the forgery case the price will be very different to today.
Smell the coffee it will only be a case of how much ?

Can the ICSID forceably take assets owned by ROI and give them to CHL to cover an award. No I think is the answer, so how will we eventually get paid if they are snubbing their noses at international institutions of this standing. That is my concern, that they drag this out for years, until the next incumbent is Prime Minister and has it on their plate.

If this means we get the payment within 2 years for sure then that is even better. As think of how many bad shares we may of avoided in the mean time. Also my holding will be gigantic by then.
