Widodo unfortunatly has a minority goverment with Prawobo in opposition so hard to assert himself.
It has never been mentioned which team of ministers are handling our case ?

On another note I posted a link before open of how Widodo met the lse and brokers to assure them of Indonesias honourable intentions LOL

I think the fundamental psyche of an Indonesian is completely beyond reproach, inasmuch as they are an honourable trustworthy people, the problem CHL encountered was a corrupt, tyrant supported by a couple of lap dog local officials.
Joko Widodo now seems to be sorting out those that besmirched the good name of ROI and CHL is a case in point.
On the honourable front, i dont believe for a moment that this new regime will behave like cheating bluffers by delaying the end of this process by one minute longer than necessary, on that basis president Widodo will i think have told icsid already what he plans to do, otherwise the whole concept of the ROI being a place to do business is in the dust bin. Imho.

What I think CHL are relying upon here is the non payment being seen as no longer taking part in the process.Which appears a reasonable supposition.Given the length of time for compliance to GOI.

CHL have rightly pointed out that $200K dollars is not a great amount for a nation state to provide.Therefore it is reasonable to presume that they are no longer engaging or going to engage in the process.

Therefore they can ask ICSID to give a time limit for GOI to confirm the position.

During this time we will hear the result of document authenticity stage.

What CHL have done is to shorten a further potential delay by GOI by asking now.

When you consider the odds that we have won and will probably get a quicker payout with not only an odds on favourite but a 1 horse race as another poster pointed out I would think there would be serious buyers/holders waiting to catch the stock as the traders part with it at some point.

Agreed webshares.. 90% sure they've ignored the request! Here's comes Rule 42 whatever that might mean. More delay I reckon as ROI will be given a grace period. The tribunal will not be satisfied the ROI are pulling out just because they haven't replied.

Looks like a few small beer traders have left the building over the last hour.

Not a problem though - perhaps now we can focus on the serious business of the ICSID process and what happens next.

FWIW I'm not sure we'll see an RNS today - but I would expect an update not later than the end of the week.

Tbh we haven't heard anything up till now anyway so I don't see a deadline day last minute fax coming over from ROI. So I'm taking it as a given they have not communicated and it will be over to ISCID
