I don't think we will get an RNS today, to be honest mate I don't really care....I am more interested in the results of the forgery hearing. This will be the nail in the coffin.

I can assure you they also have sleeping facilities in their offices - normal hours don't apply to the likes of CC.

I'm still not sure we will have our RNS with an update today, but if we don't it will not be because the lawyers are at home.

If the judgement is as we hope positive for Churchill and quite damning of the ROI, I can see why they would be trying all ways to try to suppress its publication.Churchill want it published, they have said so in the last RNS. Unless it is another chip to bargain with for a suitable settlement.

This default sets a remarkable precedent, inasmuch as ROI put this forgery aspect before the tribunal and agreed to pay its share of tribunal costs in investigating the allegation, when it came to paying those costs for what amounts to their part ROI dont answer the phone.
Can you imagine how useless icsid feel, and how many other shady characters using the icsid route will be saying, "lets us do this, no penalties, let the other side pay our costs". free justice.

It makes the ruling,"just because somebody defaults, it is no justification for assuming they are guilty" pardon me, but i think it bloody well does make them guilty.

The actions of ROI speak for themselves.

Isran Noor the main witness in this saga was called to give evidence for the ROI, he refused as he was busy....he was asked by the ICISD to provide evidence by video link....he refused again, hence why his evidence was struck off.

Only a matter of time the forgery result will be the icing on the cake, ROI know they have no leg to stand on hence the delays. As DQ mentioned something along the lines of the result of this will be a walk.

You're right DW I think CHL will announce if ROI engage or not but it depends if DQ and NS have a late night at the office if we hear today and the lawyers would draft much of any RNS.

The 11am thing today was NOT when CHL were going let any of us know anything- it was just part of a process. The process will move on- It takes time -lots of it. So not sure why a few are building up today?..Well, I do obviously have an idea- its to build uncertainty etc when nothing is heard...Anyway back to sleep for me...still got my core holding.
