27/8/2015 20:03 | Bad Robot / dt1o1o 1. I did not say that dddt had lost money. I merely stated that her prediction was incorrect. 2. Her post said '.30 should happen at some stage today'. it didn't - high was .255 3. I have never said I had you or her filtered. I actually said 'ignore and/or filter'. 4. You call me a liar. I would be obliged if you pointed out where and when. I'm sure you and many others made money today on ATC - well done. It is a pity that money can't buy you manners. | ![]() jaf1948
27/8/2015 16:41 | If d_d_d_t's prediction on ATC this morning is as good as her advice on CHL, it is no wonder that no-one pays her much respect: debbie_does_dallas_t got some (ATC) at .17 set limit at .30 should happen at some stage today. ATC closed at bid .14 offer .16 | ![]() jaf1948

27/8/2015 15:58 | The great scheme appears to have fallen apart big time for Mr Vadlamani.. unless of course the ooc pay day arrives! | frak
27/8/2015 15:53 | For anyone that's interested, all these companies are related. Mr Vadlamani's great idea was to mix coal types from Indonesia with higher grade Australian types which apparently would produce the perfect product for powering Indian power stations hmm?(well that' what I read anyway). Hence Mr Vadlamani was building strategic stakes in companies that mined in both countries. Black Rock Energy Pty Ltd and subsequently Indicoal Mining Australia Pty Ltd appear to own the rights to a large coal field in Tasmania. That all seemed to stop/get Iced end of 2013. Last I found was a number of indiginous species were threatened and it was up for environmental approvals. | frak
27/8/2015 15:49 | Clearly the idiots here do not know realise he's an non-executive director representing his major holding theorb 27 Aug'15 - 15:08 - 23946 of 23948 1 0 I am still puzzled by the appointment of an additional director at this stage of proceedings? Directors usually make decisions or give advice from their experience on the running of a company; at the moment we have no company to run. | bad robot
27/8/2015 15:43 | It keeps coming back to the need to secure 75% of votes to pass a special resolution. Having 13% in the yes camp plus Gobel's 17% and Mr Quinlivan's bit means they're half way there! | frak
27/8/2015 15:32 | theorb..yes indeed. Very curious. His list of directorships look impressive until you find some appear to be dormant companies.. Advaita Power Resources Pte Ltd and Indicoal Mining Australia Pty Ltd appear to be one and the same company registered at the same address a few streets up from Planet Mining in Perth. Also, Black Rock Energy Pty Ltd is actually registered at the same address as Planet Mining, Churchill's subsiduary. | frak
27/8/2015 15:08 | I am still puzzled by the appointment of an additional director at this stage of proceedings? Directors usually make decisions or give advice from their experience on the running of a company; at the moment we have no company to run. I cannot imagine that another director from outside the company can add anything significantly to the expertise of our expensive legal team, we are already spending money/additional shares/expenses on the existing directors, who one would think are hardly needed at the moment except for clarifying a few details now and again with the legal team. I am generally positive about our prospects of success but having watched Beacon Hill Resources milk their shareholders to bankruptcy I know how the money can disappear. I think it is necessary for CHL to clarify what the role of the new director is and how his experience will be used. | theorb
