Rossman with all due respect you can in no way offer this up as fact. It;s more like wishful thinking, however it could turn out to be the case, granted!
That said, you or for that matter the company have no way at all of knowing how long the case will drag on for, the extra legal fee's the possible further unexpected legal challenge or whatever may arise in the future.
With admin at last year being 580k and legal fee's at 1,5 million the pot is starting to look a little empty come mid 2016 to me.
Looks like shareholders face yet more dilution in the early new year and with it the reduced value per share come any award.

True, but that was last set of accounts was it not? I'd hope a lot less this year. If they were taking the cash, but they are having equity instead.

It was the calling an EGM to sack any of the BoD that didn't seem likely. They have skin in the game and aren't expensive.

My suspicion is that the appointment is simply a natural follow on from:

"Substantial shareholder's participation in the Placing

Cause First Ventures Ltd has subscribed for 1,650,000 Placing Shares. Cause First Ventures Ltd currently holds 15,900,018 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.8 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company and as such, their participation in the Placing is a related party transaction under the AIM Rules for Companies. The Directors, having consulted with the Company's nominated adviser, Northland Capital Partners Limited, consider that the terms of the Cause First Ventures Ltd Placing Participation are fair and reasonable so far as the shareholders of the Company are concerned. Following Admission, Cause First Ventures Ltd will hold an interest in 17,550,018 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.22 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company."
