I think the game is to talk down the share to buy in. You'd be mad to be short here. Very dangerous IMO.

ms can get jitters and mark us down 7% on 12k of sells but 1 little whisper or confirmation of negotiations would see us straight to 60+ IMO

Heavyweights like Vadlamani have better things to do than sit on the board of defunct companies, or losers, their kudos would take a massive hit.

The end game is quite obviously in sight and top negotiators are therefore being enlisted, this is my opinion, nothing but an observation.

My take on the situation is CHL have got ROI by the short and curlies and adding Hari Kiran Vadlamani to the Board adds weight and expertise to negotiations

Prices not designed to be fair or reflect buying and selling.
Its not a sets stock unfortunately and just a case of if mms smell fear they dont want to be left holding the baby.

This is a really good rns 1 that will not be pounced on by the speculators and fly by nights but reassuring to longtermers.
I take it as a nod and a wink not recognised by the masses.
Markets are gonna be volatile but I imagine bargains will be picked up and held tightly.
