and you conveniently neglected the non-cash options hit and the £1m one-off loan, so right back at ya

"and both numbers were negatively impacted by the £1m spent on the chill.com domain, a one-off expenditure if there ever was one. Yeah, but you're the genius....."

A minor CFA matter but the loss for the period does NOT include the chill.com purchase as it a balance sheet item and neither does the OPERATING cash outflow - as it is an INVESTING activity. But good try.

How wrong and how often?

"Yeah, but you're the genius....." Proof certainly seems to indicate so.

So of course you know that the 'loss for the period' is enhanced up by 1.34m of non-cash options expenses, the net cash used by operating activities includes the one-off £1m loan which is being repaid, and both numbers were negatively impacted by the £1m spent on the chill.com domain, a one-off expenditure if there ever was one. Yeah, but you're the genius.....

"Viridian can and will pursue a credit/loan facility backed by the Company's order flow and assets. "

What utter nonsense! What "assets"??? What credit facility? Bases on £1m sales?

yeah, I saw your 'devastating' nonsense the first time, kimmie. I didn't reply because I couldn't be bothered. I was right. This is all a matter of revenue recognition and some delays in delivering on early orders, which makes the accounting more complicated because the company often have a middleman in its master distributor, Ox, so your childish 'gotcha' reprint of someone else's post doesn't play. Could the 2 or 3 RNSs have been better worded between 'orders', 'sales' and 'revenues'? Yes, and the company is to be faulted for not doing so. However, I am completely comfortable that management will clear up any confusion very soon and most importantly, any remaining difference between declared orders and the £1m in reported sales in the interims, will be converted to cash sales over these current months, and all numbers will tie in. winnie, terminated, you and whomever else want to scream otherwise, are just so much stuff and nonsense. No equity raise needed, none coming

Burn remains low at between 100k-150k/month. Cash continues to come in, so net cash balance remains near the £2m at September month-end. No equity raise needed. None coming.
