I picked up a small number of these recently on the pullback but sold today.

Revenue growth is good but still a significant loss.

I also see that cash is just over $2m. Given the loss being made, does that even cover the next 6 months? The change in strategy may well be a sound one but part of the rationale for me to invest was the rollout to 10K stores.

I will keep an eye and wish all holders GL.

Single digits ahoy. How in the name of F is this valued at £29m???

They are the funniest set of accounts that would make a POS AIM company wince.

What are the forecasts for the year? $2m sales and $5m loss?

But but but. But I though they were trading profitably. Guess my definition of profit is different huhIn April 2021, the Group received orders for its 'Chill' brand totalling US$0.34 million from a number of previously announced distribution partners in the United States rolling out 'Chill' to over 2,000 stores. Up to 14 May 2021, the Group had received additional orders in excess of US$1.0 million for its 'Chill' brand and has continued to increase the roll out of 'Chill' into stores operated by the previously announced distribution partners.Following receipt of the orders outlined above, the Group is trading profitably.

"it has become clear that it is not in the best interests of the Company or its shareholders to pursue the rollout timeline announced in February 2021."

Going for the online market makes more sense under the current circumstances.

10,000 stores the start of 88,000 but only provided 2,500 and now cancelled brick and mortar sights - laughable

Massive placing coming by the end of March

Weird that LSE members think it is great news from posts so far. More blinkered people over there than here

So on 1st glance is the rollout no longer a priority- a lot of spreadsheets were developed on 10k stores etc - on the flip side online seems to be working - New guys all credible but what are they getting paid? And where's it coming from

Well if you take into account receivables and payables, the cash balance is only £1.5m if bills were paid and with the overheads money available until end of March in my view.

And did they pay over £1m for the chill.com name - unbelievable.

Still they made a gross profit of £300k but a huge net loss of £1.1m

Wonder why they haven't mentioned that their revenue of only £1 m is a massive miss from what they were predicting huh. With only £2m in the bank and £2.7m loss, that's 5 months cash maximin = placing by the end of Feb at the latest IMO But will the placing be "oversubscribed"?
